BBQ Chicken Pizza

Is it just me or does anyone get stuck in the same old boring routine of making the same dinners over and over again? I love when I find a great new recipe and thanks to my good friend Mandy Engar, I hit the jackpot.
It's so good that I almost feel guilty not sharing it with all you moms out their looking for something new and exciting to feed your families. So here ya go.
Ok this isn't the best picture I have ever taken of food but give me a break, I was in a hurry to get this thing in my mouth. :)

Crust:
1 TBSP honey
1 C. warm water
2 tsp dry yeast
Combine and let sit for about 5 minutes.

3C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 TBSP EVO
Combine. Then pour into the wet mixture above. Knead for a couple minutes. This is super easy if you have a kitchenaid. Roll out your dough into a big circle that will fit your pizza pan. Oh ya, be sure to grease your pizza pan. I didn't and found this tip out the hard way.

Pizza:

BBQ sauce - Spread thin layer over entire pizza dough.
Parmesan/Mozarella cheese - as much or as little as you like. We like lots.
Chicken - 1 chicken breast is enough for 1 pizza. Boil, shred, and then place chicken in some BBQ sauce to marinate for a couple hours. This should be done earlier in the day so it will be ready to go when you are making your pizza.
Thin slices of purple onion.
Bacon bits - I put 5 slices of bacon in the oven on 350 for about 15 minutes or until nice and crisp. Then I crumbled it up and tossed it on the pizza. Yum.
Bits of pineapple.

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!!
