Hello everybody! I AM BACK IN SINGAPORE!!!
Didn't really have the time to blog before due to the sleepless night of endless muggings for exams and yea, finally, its all over. Had 3 papers altogether and i'm really surprised that i can study for the entire day without sleeping n go for the exam in the morning. Hopefully my effort will prove to be fruitful.
Nonetheless, I must really take this opportunity to thank my beloved UK friends namely: Robert, Joselie, Vera, Yang Ting and Rosita for their warmest birthday party for me b4 i left. They food and laksa we had was fantastic and thanks for the surprise birthday cake too. Bet we all got pretty drunk that night.
Yea and the very next day, ive got a plane to catch at 12 noon! Well, i managed to reach newcastle airport by 10am+ and reached London Heathrow at about 1pm+. My next flight was at 9pm. Yea. So, holy shyt, i rotted in london for 8 hrs walking around aimlessly, went starbucks twice for the dark merry mocha, used the internet services at 1pound/10mins and sitting around dazing away. Very soon, it was 8pm+ and there i board the plane wiv anticipation and excitement. A pretty harsh journey i shall describe it as despite the 'highlife entertainment' which provides movies and music. I hardly had any sleep due to the turbulance and uncomfortable-ness of the seat. So, i was basically watching movies after movies and thinking about Singapore.
Finally i saw changi airport and felt a sense of relief. I managed to land safetly! It was about 5pm and when i saw the malay policeman i dunoe y but i felt so happy. After collecting my luggage, i went to the duty free shop n bought my Jack Daniels. Was really surprise from the way the aunty spoke. Her English was truly Singlish! I'd prolly nid some time to get use to it as i realized singaporean tend to speak really fast english mix singlish. I even had a lil difficulty trying to understand wad my family were saying.
We headed over to Geylang for dinner where i finally tasted crabs but i guess i was too tired to really bother about it. Saw many sg-rians walking around and i felt kinda weird looking at em. But, nevertheless, it felt good to be back home and seeing everyone with black colour hair. Unpacked my luggage n went to bed dead at 10.05pm. Woke up at 6.30am i guess i muz be jet lagged. Can't wait to get out of home and go town n stuffs! I so miss everything & everyone here! Lets meet up!!!
Oh ya.. did i mention, the weather is horrible. i can hardly get use to it. i'm melting away. And yes, i just had meepok dry for breakfast! Muahahha so satisfied and contented! And, im drinking my Heineken now at 9am cuz its like party timing in UK now. Cheers Heh. I also wanna thank my family for buying me a Nikon Coolpix S230, my first ever self-owned digi camera. It'd definitely be useful for my future trips. Hmm, other then that, im feeling sleepy again and im looking forward to going kbOx later. Take care everyone.
