Sorry o' folks! I've been kind of busy rushing thru stuffs that i've forgotten to update my ghostly blog. sry sry sry! heh, to show my sincere apologies, there may be suprises up ahead for u peeps. its a secret at the moment though. (:

Well, I came up with this particular title for this post becuz i realized that i've been living in darkness more than i've seen daylight for about 2 months already! Imagine me sleeping at about 2am and waking up at 2pm. At about 4.30pm night falls so basically, i only see the sun for 2 1/2 hours! Omg! I'm beginning to have sinster thoughts, have a liking for raspberry & cranberry juice, fangs growing..gosh! Haha just like the pictures above based on [Twilight 2008], when you can live forever, what do you live for? C'mon i'm really curious to see what are YOUR ANSWERS! Shout it out on the bOx yeah?

Alright for the past week, i'd a massive madness party at Ricky Road which is a famous partying hub! My classmate stays there and they r really living in apartments which consist of master bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens unlike our pathetic hostel rooms! Darn i'm so jealous! So, when i arrived, before i could recover from the shock of *roughly* 50 Vodka bottles on the table, i was being drowned by vodka, desiel(a mixture of cidar wif blackcurrent) and cans of beer.. That's to say i was totally drunk even b4 leaving the house to hit the clubs. So, we went to a pub known as "Medicines" for more drinks b4 heading to sam jacks & sinners for more RNB!!! WOOOTS~! I've never been this high before, could feel the alcohol taking over my brain! So, Brothers & Sistas, when i'm back i'm gonna drown you guys down! Haha!!

It was my classmate, Emily's birthday on Sunday and she invited us to a jap restaurant which she had booked in advance. The best thing about it is there's a KTV system in the room! Its sucha big room and the jap food are great but they were heavily priced. She has to basically spend a minimum of 200 pounds (about 500SGD) on food to get the enclosed vip room to use the KTV system. Therefore, I really wanna thank this very rich china gal for treating about 8-9 of us and becos its the FIRST TIME for me to actually sing since i've been here! Haha surprisingly my skills have not deproved and instead, they were impressed with my singing. muhahaha now they've tasted the SG singing which beats all of em! haha i'm just boasting. In fact, some of em, can sing really well to0, esp the girls. I sang really alot of songs like 'pu tong peng you', 'wei yi ai de jue shi ni', 'cai hong' and some other duets with them. We actually eat and sang along from 3pm till 11pm when the shop closes. Haha it was indeed a great night, i miss K-ing wif u peeps so sO SO MUCH MUCH MUCH! Anyway, thru this experience, i've also learnt that the way China peeps are so extremely thoughtful when buying birthday gifts for their friends.. I shall elaborate more next time yea, they really touched my heart.

Following next, it was my virgin experience with the SNOW! HoORAY!! It snowed heavily on Sunday and the entire floor is filled with beautiful pure white snow. I was practically so excited that i left lots of footprints & made tracks on the snow. haha so fun but so cold! The poor minicoopers are covered with snow and looked more lyk an igloo than a car. lol! I guess more will come during dec-jan during winters and i'm definitely gonna attempt to make my very 1st Snowman! Heh, i love snOwflakEs!

hmm, so what are my upcoming activities. Today is Thursday and there's gonna be a huge BATTLE OF THE HALLS event between Castle Leazes and Ricky Road. Its gonna be a challenge of who can last till the end of the 7 pubs & clubs after all the drinks & shots. Bet its gonna be crazeee! So i'm gonna have buffet at chinatown with friends first before heading for drinks and TMR i'm gonna haf my law lessons. lol! Can't blame it, thursday nights are 'Students' night' very much like our own SG 'Ladies nights'! Its a sin not to attend hurhur.. (:

Hoho, my Romania classmate invited me to her house for a mini-xmas party this Sunday! She studies Japanese and the party is basically set to allow her jap friends to experience the traditional celebration of Christmas! Well, i guess its gonna be an eye-opening night for me since most of my xmas celebrations in sg is filled with Steamboats or Clubs or Pizzas & KFCs @ friend's place. Haha! I shall learn their traditions and we'll conduct one when i'm back yeaaaaaaa! turkeyturkeyturkey i hope!

Alright time for me to take a shower, neeeeda venture out into the woods and head for my "bu-fei". Wo BU-FEI oh! hahaha. Here's the newly improvised famous quote of the jok3r, "WHY SO FAMISHED?" Haha 1u this is for ya. LOL! I'm almost done with my 2000 words assignment just need to do some refining and I'm done. The exam timetables are out and I've got 3 exams on january! Got to be really discipline and study hard during dec when everyone goes back to their homeland. Pretty sad huh, got to spend my white christmas alone with the white snow and the white santa beard. I hereby wishes everyone an advance MERRY CHRISTMAS and may it be a day filled with lotsa love and laughters both merrily and happily as always (=

j.tOs Take a peak at justin's hypothesis!

j.tOs simply means justin's Theory of Studying.

In (j.tOs, 2008), studying hard is not seen as useful but rather, redundant. The secret lies in studying intelligently and diligently. By intelligently I do not meant stealing the exam papers before hand and all that lame crap but it works just like how the Military gather intel sources. The keyword here is RELIABILITY and studying SMART. Well one of the simplest example is listening to the 'hints' provided by lecturers or tutors during lessons because who else can be more reliable than the ones setting the papers? There are of course many various ways of studying intelligently such as 'studying when you have the mood yields greater productivity' rather than studying hard like the cheena geeks (no offence, but its true), who spent half of their day in school and the other half in the library looking at tons of books like a superhuman. Try studying when you are tired, you will not be able to absorb as much as when you're awake and energetic. Well, if you feel like you have this sudden rush of energy inside your body on a Friday night and you felt like studying, I'd say go for it. Well, don't let words like "cmon dun be a loser, nobody studies on Friday nights" put you down. You'll see the difference.

The 2nd vital word is diligent. If you truly wish to study hard, then don't just study hard, study f$*&!@# hard! Putting in the extra effort and going the extra mile are what theorist always say. That is from the positivist point of view of stating and believing in one certain fact that implies to every human. Science can be useful but in this context, its arguably irritating. Well, from the critics perspective, the matter is subjective and it goes all the way down to the individuals. What are your values? What do you believe in? As for myself, I used to believe that 'hardwork pays off' and I often preach that to others but now I have sort of upgraded that to another version which I would talk about later on. I believe that it works like 'opportunity cost', you have to forego certain benefits to gain certain advantages. An example would be, you went home studying instead of going out to party. You gained more knowledge in this sense but your opportunity cost would be losing the enjoyment and the probability of getting laid out there. Its about weighing the importance of both subjects and based on your personal values, determines which is more vital to you. (:

(j.tOs, 2008) proposes two hypothesis and they are firstly, 'hardwork does not necessary gurantees success and might result in dissappointment instead' and secondly, 'diligent ensures returns'. The very first hypothesis arises based on observations and discussions. How many people have put in hardwork and have achieved sucess? Well based on my assumptions, out of 10 people who puts in effort, probably only 3 will succeed. As the saying goes, the higher the hope, the greater the fall. Why did people fail despite working so hard? Did they not work hard enough? The answer lies in knowing what you are working for and working extremely hard towards your goal.

As for the 2nd hypothesis, diligent on the other hand, ensures returns. Once again, I can't prove it because its still a hypothesis awaiting challenges and welcoming any form of debates. But I do know that in order to be diligent, you know what you are working for and thus, you work diligently to achieve your goal. In the layman-est term, it is about when you want to do something, make sure you do the best out of it and give your 150% because 100%, 101% or even 110% no longer prove to be sufficient in this ever growing competitive world with random macro-economic factors such as the recent global economy crisis. You may question why 150%? Because hardwork only consist of 100% and diligent contains 200% and the remaining 50% is for you to celebrate after victory is on your very hand. (:

Sometimes sacrifices just have to be made and if my predictions and hypothesis do come true, people, you can start practicing by waving goodbyes to your beloved Saturdays & Sundays which I can see, is already happening in this realistic world. But fear not people, because we always have the govt. to 'protect us' and organizations' superficial ethos of 'fairness' in perhaps 'employees participation'. Haha, what can one do? At the end of the day you are unknowingly dragged into this world of dominance like a completely dark and powerful blackhole where you will see black in its purest form.

Enough said, fancy all these stuffs coming out from a regular's mouth or rather, hand. Lets knock some sense and get back into reality, the materialistic world. Darn, how I wish I can own a pub, perhaps by partnership with pals and we will name it A.R which means "Anti.Reality" whereby peeps filled with troubles can patronize once in a while to get their faces off the true world. People can sing and drink to their fill at this pub where no discrimination, no racists, no governance and no rules exist! We could perhaps invent a couple of new drinks to perk things up a little. ^^

Hows things going people? Hope everyone is doing well & having a good time yea.
Things come & go, ppl flashes past your life & leave their footprints behind, but, in life, sometimes, things happen, happens for a reason. The world has become so complicated that there seems to be a twist in everyone's story. What keeps you hanging on, what pushes you on or what pulls you along? Think. Think again. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. (:

So after guy fawkes day on wed, I went to moOd to party cuz its r&b throughout on the 2nd floor. Had a couple of cheap drinks lyk gin & vodka singles @ Beyond and than a crazy night at mOoD! The music was good & so were everything else! ^^

And on Friday, a group of us went over to this chinese restaurant known as Happiness Inn to have our dinner. We ordered dim sums, tofu, fish, duck & more that was really good. Haven't tasted such delicacies for a long time. Following which we went to play pool & had some serious laughters. hahaha, it was really fun but pool was kinda exp! lols, we hopped over to Lloyds bar thereafter to chat, play games & of cuz piled up with tons of booze. It was all great but i guess the baileys coke with beer really did upset my stomach. lols. Nonetheless, the night did not end, in fact, it only ended in the morning where we had some serious flashbacks about our life as we talked in aspers. Got back to my castle at 6am & slept till 4pm. Gosh, what an accelerated weekend. I'll probably spend my lovely sat night watching some nice movies from this website(i'll reference it ltr on) and study on sunday. (=

Konichiwa everyone! Today is guy fawkes day! *heh heh, watcha thinkin?*
I've got no idea what is it about but basically its a tradition to set some fireworks! The seniors are preparing the event and I'll head over to Fenham Field later to join in the fun! Shall take pics & post em later on yea!

So, I'm almost done with my 1st 1000 words essay, hopefully I'll be able to get good grades for this! Its not easy though. Nevertheless, I shall strive hard! (:

Life has been pretty much the same except that more & more books are taking up the space of my shelves and guess what, i've been fined by the school library for not returning a book on time. LOL i'm so happy cuz i've never in my life borrow a book and use it till I forgot to return. haha (=

First of all wanna wish my mum a Happy Birthday 2008! Sorry that I can't be there to join in the celebration but i bet u guys had a great time eating the delicious crabs and birthday cake! Have a great day yea! Cheers!

Secondly, now that halloween is over, its back to study & assignments period. Deadlines r drawing nearer and nearer so i ain't got time to waste! Got to get em all done asap!

As it reaches November, the night became longer than the day, darkness prevails over daylight and the coldness shadowed any possible piece of tiny little warmth. Its only 5pm and the sky is as dark as charcoal. Its lyk as if its 11pm or midnight! It just feel darn weird when its pitch black at only 5pm and you'll feel like the day is over so early! Simply put, it just makes me feel like staying at home & hibernate instead of going out since its so dark & freezin cold! Talking bout cold, it actually snowed for awhile last week! I was so surprised when i saw snow and ice everywhere on the streets! So cool, indeed. In fact, its too cooling.

Heh alright, time to do work again! Go go go!
