Unexpected Salvation

"Ok seriously, I've been sittin' around the house, doing the same things everyday. I need excitement."

A quote from the last post.

Latest news:

1) I've tried drawing mechas over the weeks, with miserable results. Gonna put it as POTW anyway. =)) Bear with me, I drew it while half-asleep. =((

2) Song is gonna be switched to "All On Black" by Alkaline Trio instead of the TT theme because OF SOME FARKING PROBLEM BACK AT THE FILE EXCHANGE. How come I hear squeals of joy? =((

3) Picture of the Day is definitely gonna be updated.

That's all I have concerning this blog.

Concerning life.....all I do is wake up in the morning, kill the morning and go bananas at 12:30pm. And after that, kill the afternoon with CS training or nap.

Lather, rinse and repeat.

I still need some football in my life! Anybody, who has ANY plans with football in it, PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU, inform me.

I heard that the 2/8 chalet's gonna be on 12 December - 14 December. YOU BET I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS. The last chalet we had was quite a dud, mainly because of the amount of people that were present, and the virus that was spreadin' around. =((

I hope this chalet is different from the others. A new venue? C'mon, I'm getting dangerously sick of East Coast Part. Seriously. I can get to chalet D1 with my eyes closed. You hear this, organisers?!

Nah...anywhere's fine with me. =)) As long as we have each other, and some good, clean fun. Or maybe this time....we should have some dirty fun too....oh, yeah. You know what I'm talking about. OoooooO yeah! Woo. I mean...we've been together at so many chalets...don't you think it's time we got to know each other better? Get my drift? Heehee. Hoho. Woo.

JUST JOKING OKAYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

*BIG SMILE*

>If anyone has any updates about the chalet, please do not hesistate to call/SMS/MSN/radio/e-mail/homing pigeon/come to my house to inform me coz the last chalet, I wasn't informed of some things and got confused. ^-^

Repetition

Brought upon the world by the forces of Nature and nurtured by the Earth. A manifestation from no human interaction, it remains unknown as to the chain of events that led to her existence. She was normal albeit her almost supernatural roots. By some unseen, ethereal parental figure, she was brought up to be ordinary, to be human and destined to lead a life like every other.

Blessed with tremendous power.
But cursed with it as well.

She is Earth's child.
She is Terra.

Ok everybody, it officially begins today.

The Great Decomposition has started. =((

Ok seriously, I've been sittin' around the house, doing the same things everyday. I need excitement.

I need FOOTBALL.

Unfortunately, everybody's either too lazy or too busy to go.

So, here I am, virtually non-stop on the computer, playing CSS or Quake 4.

In fact, this week is quite a bad transition from the last. About a fortnight ago, I was going nuts eatin' cookies, collecting packets of cash, meetin' relatives. Guess good things have to come to an end.

Speaking of ending, I have grim news that the producers of TT may not continue doing episodes. Maybe it doesn't concern you much but it's a nightmare to me. *weeps*

Time to see things from the half-full perspective.

Well this week, just two days ago, I went on a tiring, rewarding and quite an emotional biking expedition from Yew Tee to Bukit Batok. Yeah, it sounds like a short distance but it does put some strain on those lower appendages of ours.

We cycled to Aaron's old neighbourhood, and I got to see the life he used to live. He got the "homey" feeling there...you know. The warm, fuzzy feeling you get when you're somewhere you've missed. We even went up to his former apartment and checked things out.

We eventually compromised on using public transport to travel to our original planned destination, that is my old hometown of West Coast Road. I figured we could get lost on the way (you don't know how paranoid I am on getting lost). We parked our bikes at Bukit Batok MRT and proceeded to Clementi on train. =))

It was my turn to get that homey feeling. I was hit hard when I saw my old apartment. It was empty, and it looked like a haunted house. Somehow, I wasn't scared (No, I'm not trying to act brave, I'm as hum ji as ***). Maybe coz it was my old home, and I've experienced some creepy stuff that used to happen there. ^-^
Like when I'm going into the master bedroom, just before I switch the lights on, I'll hear a soft "Heeheehee" from the corner of the room.

And whenever I played the computer in my room and from the corner of my eye, it would seem that somebody's standing there in my master bedroom. (Probably my imagination, but still gives me the creeps)

But thanks to these experiences and games like Doom 3 and Quake 4, my guts and nuts have seen some significant increase in mass.

Back to the whole "expedition", we went back to Bukit Batok, cycled all the way back to Yew Tee. That was the longest I've cycled anywhere. Next time, it's all the way to Jurong. ^-^

Thanks for reading this perpetually unentertaining blog. =D

The Festive Season

These two weeks were the best I've ever had since.....the start of this year.

I feel much more relaxed and happy (as usual), the only thing blighting the joy is that I didn't get to see much of my friends. I guess there's a time for family and there's a time for friends. Fret not, your time will come. =))

Ahhhh....the festive season. The period of great joy, coz I finally get to see my much missed relatives! It's been a TAD long since I've seen anyone I guess, coz there were some very weird things going on.

You know something is wrong when:

1) Your uncles call you ugly because of a phenomenon known as "puberty" affecting you. (Pimples -_-'')

2) Your paternal grandfather took 3 seconds to remember your name. (Can't blame him, we rarely meet)

3) Your baby cousin who was under your care for about a half-a-year avoids you like the plague. (Babies have poor memory?!)

4) Your aunt exclaims, "Oh my goodness! You've grown taller!" when we just met last year.

5) Your father's uncle identifies you as being the 3rd in pecking order of your sibling rankings (when I'm actually 2nd)

Ouch. It HAS been long.

Has been struck down by sickness for the past three days...fever, flu, sore throat and now, a minor cough.

And there was a match on 10 November in school. A FOOTY MATCH, MIND YOU.

FARK my health! It just HAD to come now. =(( But I'm sure there's a reason behind everything happening. ^-^

Before I get consumed in my own lameness, here's the Latest News: (I don't even know why this part suddenly came up.)

1) Change of blog tune coming as soon as I solve some stupid bandwidth problems.

2) Have a drawing ready to be scanned and placed on P.O.T.W part. ^-^ (It's actually an ancient, ugly drawing turned.....acceptable..to me at least.)

3) P.O.T.D section to be updated.

4) I went blog-surfing on found some blogtune functions on some blogs that were very interesting....you could actually select a song you want played. Cool. I'm gonna learn how to do that and eventually be the biggest blogtune poser in existence.

That's all I have for this blog so far.

This holiday, I'm just gonna sit back and learn stuff, I feel. I like fooling around with the family guitar (can't say it's mine), drumming on my drumset (imagine a monkey with two reversed paintbrushes, and a bunch of strategically placed pillows....that's me). I was thinking, "I've had sufficient time listening to music, time to make some". =))

Not been playing footy much...or drawing anything in the least. Nobody wants to play footy any day now and I've not much inspiration to draw. All I want now is to go nuts watching my favourite TV shows. (Muahahahaha) Every now and then I'll potato the couch and laugh like a maniac watching Spongebob Squarepants or TT.

>A glass half-filled with Milo is placed on the table. An optimist says "The glass is half-full. A pessimists comes along and says "The glass is half-empty." A Danial would say "Are you gonna drink that?". =)) <

Cartoons Are Not Only For Little Children

I'm in a mix of happiness, excitement and disappointment.

Happy because the festive season is finally here!
Excited coz I'm gonna meet my relatives again!

Disappointed because I broke a promise to someone.
I'm very, very, very sorry. I'll make it up to you.
Promise. (Heehee)

Looks empty, this blog....but I've been doing a lot of behind-the-scenes works...

Latest news:

1) "Doodle of the Week" switched to "Project of the Week" so it sounds more manly. =D
2) Picture of the Day structure posted and ready for action. (You may submit pictures to me to put up in the blog and you'll be appreciated, loved and credited. XD)
3) The song playing now is "San Sebastian" by Sonata Arctica. Enjoy it while you can coz the Titans are coming soon. =D
4) "Project of the Week" 50/50 chances of being updated because there's a lot of spring cleaning to do. =((
5) Looks like the Flashbox's gonna stay coz the guys over there got a new sponsor.
6) Archives filtered and ready for your eyes. XD
7) Haven't found a skin I like. -_-''

Today is the 1st of November.
HAPPY DEEPAVALI TO ALL INDIAN/HINDU CITIZENS OUT THERE!

And not forgetting...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ESTHER LIANG HUI YI A.K.A MRS. FUJIWARA. MAY YOUR MARRIAGE TO JAY LAST FOREVER. AND I'M NORT YURR RAGDOLL EITHER. =D
Oh yeah, I finish burning the poster of him you didn't want. =D

*sigh*

Tomorrow's the last day of Ramadhan. In other words, the last day of fasting. Which also means, no more "multi-fold blessings". I've wasted 30 days of "Holy-ness" on computer and sleep. =((

Boohoo. Not to mention enjoying Teen Titans. =))

There are only a few cartoons out there as great as TT, I find. I'm only disappointed Kids Central stopped airing it coz that spells disaster for TT fans with no Cartoon Network. =((

I grew up watching cartoons.

I used to love watching cartoons like Swat Katz, Iron Man and the like.
I miss the times I used to sit down and watch Akazukin ChaCha (an anime on CN) and Doraemon (Translated in my mother tongue thanks to the good fellows at RTM) ^-^

Hell, I even watched Disney characters...like Donald Duck (whom is my favourite) and Goofy (whom is my big brother's alter ego).

My family would gather in the living room to watch Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X) during it's premier on AXN. (I think it was 2000 or 2001)

*sigh*

The times of outstanding animations have passed I think...for now I only watch Teen Titans (On CN) and Avatar: The Last Airbender (On Nickelodeon). Both are UBER LEET SUPER PWNZORX so if you're interested....

- Teen Titans is on every weekday 5:00pm and 8:30pm (Fridays only 8:30pm coz 5:00pm it's replaced with Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi LOL)

- Avatar: The Last Airbender is on Nickelodeon on weekends only...but I don't know what time. Heehee I'll find out.

Animation made me love drawing too. I used to be a lil' crapbag and draw weapons while other children were drawing cute, furry animals such as cute bunny rabbits and puppy dogs. -_-"

And now, I moved on to drawing people. I draw girls most of the time coz drawing males make me feel gay. =)) And no, drawing girls don't make you a pervert.

I am not a pervert, was never a pervert and will never be a pervert. GET THAT IN YOUR HEADS YOU NO-GOOD PIECES OF........JOY. [That's pointed to some people =)) ]

That's a lil' bit of my past watching habits. ^-^

Thanks for comin'!

Edit: I got a few questions on the Picture thing and I just wanna say due to the extreme desperation of myself, I'll accept your Neoprints and I will find a SUITABLE caption to match with it. *Places peace sign on right eye* *pokes finger on cheek and frowns*
