Halloween ......Say Arrrrrr!

We were a family of pirates this year for Halloween. It was so much fun. I always wanted to have a family dress up together but I knew it would probably be the only time since kids get opinions when they get older. Kaymbree wanted to be a pirate so I figured Kennedy doesn't know and pirates are easy for mom and dad to dress up as too. So we went with it and had a blast. We went to our ward Halloween party and trunk or treat all dressed up. It was a lot of fun except Kennedy was deathly scared of Dan in his pirate wig and makeup. Kinda funny.
But on the actual Halloween Kaymbree was SO EXCITED to go trick or treating.  It was the first year that she understood what it was.  But the poor girl was sick and throwing up! But we took her down one street in our neighborhood and she would literally throw up between houses.  It was so sad to watch but she really wanted to go trick or treating still.  I felt so bad for her and now we can't wait for next year when she won't be sick and she can really enjoy it!

They are some dang cute pirates!

Kennedy's 1st Halloween!

Jenna and Jace won the costume contest in our ward.
Kaymbree wanted to hang out with them!
Say Arrrrr Matey!

Halloween is so much fun.  I just love it and it gets me excited for the upcoming holiday season.  It is even more fun when you have kids and a reason to dress up yourself!

Pumpkin Patch

First of all Kennedy got her helmet off and her head looks so good and round. She did so well and was such a trooper through the whole experience. And it paid off!

We went to a pumpkin patch in Farmington and it was so much fun. It was such a beautiful day and with all the colors I went a little picture crazy. So here is an overload of pictures I am sure. But there was a hay maze that Kaymbree loved and we got some pictures of our family and girls. Which getting pictures of my girls is hard especially of them together, let alone my whole family.  So here is my cute family.

I am so blessed to be the mommy of these two little angels!
