i totally need a compact digi cam please kthx.

on a side note, i haven't used my slr in a very long time i'm afraid it will run out of battery or spoil hahaha i'm paranoid. i still have a roll of b&w film and a roll of normal one.
i would like to bring it to batam with me but i don't think i will cause i'm lazy to carry and i don't wanna risk it getting stolen or spoil. :\ i need to find time to use it soon before b goes to ns and nobody help me take pics. okay, i shan't digress anymore.


22nd June, Wednesday.
we went for kite hunt at macpherson passion kites. the store is awesome they sell all kinds of kites and even phone accessories. kites are so expensive please. paid $15 for this polka fish kite which is kinda cute. the stingray we wanted was oos ): (even cuter). and a 800m reel of string cost $25 but in the end i paid $38 for everything i don't know why. expensive!! that's why i'm so broke now hahaha. but nvm, i wanted to fly a kite one. and when we're bored we can always fly a kite provided there's wind. so yeah, headed to my house after buying to fly. didn't expect that i could fly it outside my house ^^

and it isn't an easy job at all. holding the reel is so tiring and painful. so hard to control too.
but so fun!! :D the wind must be really good if not it's hard to fly. we tried flying today too but failed cause there wasn't enough wind. only could stay in the air for awhile then drop down when there's no more wind :(


23rd june, thursday.

decided to go for sungei road laksa again $2 only and so freaking yummy.
the only laksa i would probably finish. nomnom.



bused to orchard after that to check out the new f21 which was very big. but i had no money so obviously i can't shop, just see. you will need at least a 100 if you step inside there. there's surely something you will want to get inside omg.

was feeling hungry and decided to have macs at lucky plaza.
walked to 313 for awhile, and then home after. boring date but it's the company that matters the most hehe :) i want to spend all the time i have with you imy.


oh i just realise i'm suppose to blog all the pictures taken in june in a blogpost.
will post the rest of the earlier pics soon :)

24th june, friday.

worked till 6(saw shandy and family at uss) and when they came to mca we were having down time and couldn't ride.
anyway, b came to hbf to meet me first before taking the train home :) stayed overnight at my house :) wanted to spend the night watching movies but fail cause i was damn sleepy. ended up sleeping instead but the weather was freaking hot and we woke up at 5am to take a shower. so random. went back to sleep after that and woke up at 9ish for breakfast, watched despicable me and my eyes were closing. fell back asleep after that and woke up at 1 plus for lunch. we're piggs. hehehe. after that attempt the fly kite but failed. ended up slacking before b left at 5ish. i miss you already. although i've been seeing you like almost everyday this week. D:

this will be a surprise post for b while i'm work and he's at home probably enjoying the company of his xbox now. haven't been able to blog a proper post for awhile, just got the pictures from b. the result of not owning a proper digital camera. :( *hinthint* hahaha.

our random dates in May. will blog the ones in June in another post. way too many. been going very out often this month ^^ making full use of the time before my dear boy enlist :(

twentyfirst of may two thousand and eleven

i'm sure we went watch hunting on this day too. my bf has a watch obsession and is obviously influencing me a lot too. hehe. will post the watch stuff in the 'June' post. so anyway, i think my blog is turning into a food blog. we keep going to random places to try new food. we're such a foodie/pigs!! haha :D spend a lot of money on food too(as you can see).

Initial plan was to head to shaw gallery for tom's palette icecream. but.. (scroll down and you'll see) had lychee rose and horlicks icecream. double flavours and it was quite cheap. 10% discount for rp students ^^ (not in rp anymore but heck, i still have my student card haha)



saw that ah loy thai restaurant was just opposite the icecream place and i read somewhere online that it was quite good so we ended up eating there after having icecream. it was 3 in the afternoon btw. super random.

food wasn't too bad. i drank a bowl of tom yum soup(dared by b) for the first time.
you know how much i can't take spicy food. :X

probably walked to suntec or something to see watches again hahaha.

next few pictures was taken on the twenty eight of may.

a day of window shopping at orchard before having dinner at Sarang@OC. my sis said it was nice so we went to try. my virgin trip to a korean restaurant and my first time having real korean food other than the instant kimchi noodles i cook at home. haha.



b very engrossed in watching the korean MVs shown on the huge screen behind me. sadly they didn't show his favourites. haha. :\


honeyed kimchi, rice cakes, drunken pork and some noodles which i liked very much cause it's sweet. i ordered kimchim because i wanted to try the real kind(it's cold btw). but turns out that i really do not know how to appreciate kimchi. it sucked seriously. it's cold, spicy and weird. i think the hot one taste better. i liked the rice cake too. i like things that are chewy hehe.




the food was not filling at all and we ended up ordering another plate of bbq beef i think. didn't take picture of that cause it just looks the same. i wouldn't say the food is worth the price cause we paid 60 plus for it. i don't know if i'll still try korean food again, probably go for the bbq stuff only. ^^

i think i look like shit in all the pictures i take now. my complexion is CMI and i look so tired all the time D: *hate* i need nicer photos. :((( and my bf needs to take more pictures with me. hmph.

Life's a bitch

hi life's a bitch. a week ago i can be perfectly happy and fine and a week later my heart can be hurting like a bitch and going through some form of depression which eats my life away. like i just want to stab myself straight in the heart. it scares me that sometimes i have that kind of thought because it's so mentally painful i just feel like killing myself(if only i had courage). i'm so scared i'll go crazy one day, really. i need to be stress-free if not i'll die. :( i wish i can fast forward life to 7 years later? Whereby i've finished studying whatever i want to study and finally settle down in a proper job? Hate to go through the studying phase, urgh! don't understand why people like to study. i rather face the outside world than to face the books. lol. super random post because i'm bored like this. :\ k bye.

Seventeen months and counting..

Happy 17th (L)

Another month has passed, i'm still crossing fingers we'll be able to get through this year. It will be hard with different phases of our lives, but i really hope we'll try to get this relationship going. Thank you for not giving up on me after so much happened :) I told you that before we got together, i wanted to be with you forever, and forever meaning we walk down that aisle together to be certified as husband and wife. haha okay, this sounds funny. but no, really. i don't look short term, but a long term relationship definitely. I hope our rocky hard journey will become smooth one day. I want to believe that life's too short for quarrels and that we really don't have to quarrel over the little things to annoy us. I need us to be easy going, embrace whatever come what may. Then, life would be much easier for us. There won't be unhappiness or anger. ^^

Spent the day at my place. Cooked aglio olio(my version) with crabstick, 2 kinds of sausages and prawns. Yummy! :) Cheap meal cause i didn't have to buy anything, just ransack my freezer for all the ingredients. ^^ spent the rest of the afternoon ransacking my closet again, found alot of old stuff- neoprints and letters from people who no longer exist in my life. A pity, those who write nice notes and letters to me are the people who really doesn't stay by your side as friends anymore. Not even a hi-bye friend. they are those who NO LONGER exist in your life anymore and those that you probably will never meet again. And no, i'm not upset or anything because it all happened for a reason. i'm really glad some people who appear to be nice is apparently not anymore is out of my life 4eva!! i appreciate the people who is still part of my life no matter how little we talk or meet. people come and go, but the ones that stay are truly the ones that are called friends. & i hope it remains that way. Although, i know the older we get, the lesser friends we make. everything becomes so superficial :\ it scares me, but that's life.
Okay, this post isn't supposed to be about this. I digress.

Love my boyf maximum. :D so glad he manage to defer from NS for another 2 months and enlist in august only! 2 more months of time together :) hehe. i want to go on a holiday again!! :(
oh and i worked from mon-wed this week so from today till sunday i'm off and it feels so great to have no more work this week hahaha. I like. spending time with the boy :) although i'm broke. can't wait for the next pay! Toodles xx
