Challenge with Mary at CARDZ TV

Hello everyone

Hope everyone is doing well and had a great weekend.  Mary from CARDZ TV is having a challenge.  So I made this card for my entry.   The deal line is today so I am very close to it.   LOL  These are the rules.

Cardz TV Challenge #8 
"Color Me A Rainbow!" Create a card or craft project for any occasion using colors from the rainbow...pink, blue, green & yellow ONLY...you can also add small amounts of black & white.   http://cardztv.blogspot.com/

I used the digi from Kenny Kiernan.  The paper is call "out of print" from Basic Grey.  The three roses are from Recollection.  The ribbon, pearls and "Awesome" are from my stash.

Hanging out with Fabio

 Hope you are all having a great weekend.   Well, here I am with Fabio.  We had a lot of fun scrap booking all weekend.  We completed my challenge for the IM Roses contest.  Then we posted 2 videos in 24 hours.  So then after working in the yard we decided to just chill back and read a book.  Yes, my favorite James Paterson.  I think James Paterson 

has a new fan.

Hello and Anniversary card for my Hubby

Hello everyone!

My name is Yvette and here I am!!  I finally did it!  I started my own blog.  Let's see how this goes since I have no idea what I'm doing. LOL  But,  I've been told by my sister and some great friends that it's easy.  Okay girls.... here I am!!!  :-)

For my first post I want to share a card I made for my hubby for our 7th Anniversary.  I don't know about you, but making a masculine card is my biggest challenge.  I did have my heart set on using this adorable couple.  I used paper from a pack of 6 X 6 I purchased from http://scrapace.com/ It's call plumeria by Basic Grey.   7 rose buds from I AM Roses that Stephanie sent me along with the seam binding and the heart pin in a swap we did together.  Also my sentiment is from her stamp set call "With Love"  Here is her link.  http://www.whimsical-designs.com/ check her out.  She has some great stamps.  Also used my Martha Stewart punch for the side border.
