The last couple of weeks have been pretty full. The girls were all sick with colds, but are much better now.
A week ago, I decided to throw a garage sale, because they were having the city wide sale this past weekend. All week we found things to get rid of, and priced them, and got ready. Unfortunately you can't tell we got rid of anything! We had a great sale.
We also got all of our curriculum for the school year. There are some really neat Bible lessons. The handwriting and phonics look great too. We are looking forward to getting started.
It has been really hot. Most days it reaches nearly 100. All my Texas friends can relate, I'm sure. We try to spend some of the morning outside doing things.
This next weekend a friend of the family is getting married. The girls just love to go to weddings. I think it is fun to answer all their questions, and hear all the sweet things they have to say.
Matthew and I will celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary this month. Thanks to all of you who shared that special day with us almost 6 years ago. We had a wonderful wedding day. We are looking forward to a date. Katie asked if they could go on our anniversary date. I don't know if we'll just go out as a family, or try for dinner and a movie. Either way, it will be fun.
