HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!

On Thanksgiving we were able to go to St. George to Buds Grandmas house. Bud likes to go so that he can make dinner for Grandma.



Grandma got out her coloring books and crayons, then her and Baylee colored together.


Katelyn is done loving on Great Grandma, I think she saw her Mommy.

The host was a Witch, my kids love her, usually, but they weren't quite sure what to think when they first got there. The food was pretty cool. They had mummies and eyeballs.




They got to play quite a few games. Baylee is reaching into the witches cauldron to see what she can find. It felt pretty slimy inside. Before they would reach in, the Witch would say "reach into my cauldron, see what you can find, don't be afraid" then she would kackle. So funny!!
Katelyn is playing ring around the pumpkin. They both got the ring on the first time.
It was way fun the kids loved it!!

Fall Festival

Baylee really wanted to get her face painted, she didn't much care for any games. She picked a pumpkin and didn't move an inch while she had it painted on her cheek.

The girls both played ring toss. Baylee was so shy when it was her turn, she needed some encouragement to participate. Katelyn just wanted to do everything. She didn't hesitate on bit.

So the first snow of this season, Baylee could not wait to get outside and play in it. She really wanted to build a snowman, but there just wasn't enough.

Bud and I went out to a movie last weekend and Carlinda came to watch the girls. She decided to put Baylees hair in braids before she went to bed and this is the outcome the next morning. Baylees hair is so baby fine that it just went frizzy. Oh well, at least they had a good time and I have never seen Baylee hold so still while getting her hair done. LOL

I took the girls to Uncle Dustins house so that we could spend some time with Lori. We had dinner and just hung out. We just love her!

Katelyn was being so funny with this. Every room I went into she would follow me and lay on the floor just like this. Pretty silly!!

Baylee wanted to take some pictures. This is Grayden, Debbie and Katelyn. Baylee was so funny, she would walk over to take a picture and Debbie would open her eyes and Bay would laugh, squeel and run before she could ever take a picture. She did end up taking like five pictures after all.

Katelyn loves to wear Sissys boots. This is one of my favorites.

Baylee wanted me to take the camera with to drop her off at preschool so that she could get a picture of her with her teacher. When we got there she got all shy and didn't want to ask so she made Mommy do it. This is the second year thhat Jenn has been her preschool teacher.

Night Of Fire.....

The Jelly Belly Fire Truck rides the whole strip on his back two wheels. Then he comes back and throws little jelly belly bags for the kids. The pic of Bud and Baylee is them coming back from catching Jelly Belly's.

Katelyn had the cutest chubby cheeks from her ear covers. She had a really rough night at the races and passed out for a while.

Bunnies..

Last week we went to visit my Grandma Smith and the place she is at got new bunnies. So the kids got to hold them for a while.

Katelyn was loving them, kissing them and.....squeezing them to death.



Baylee is like a little bunny Mommy. The brown ones were so wiggly she had to sit down when she had them (there were two browns). The white one was so snuggly and calm as long as it was facing you.

Grandma holds the bunnies pretty tight, so we gave her the one that doesn't move much. Well, as you can see she still wraps her hands around them pretty tight. LOL

YAY!!!!!!

I am so excited! Tonight, I laid Katelyn down for bed and then decided to put a new diaper on her. I asked her if she wanted to go sit on the potty and she said "uh huh". So we went in my bathroom, she sat on the potty and went pee pee. Her potty makes music when the sensors get wet.
The first pic is her looking at the potty trying to figure out where in the world that noise is coming from. The next one she was dancing from side to side as the toilet made music.




She has been showing alot of interest and has gone in the potty a few times, but still this is so exciting. I hope she will be easy to train and I am so proud of her.

State Fair...

Baylee really surprises me sometimes, she used to be afraid to do this stuff.

Katelyn was a little scared at first, then she pet the pony and by the end she was rocking back and fourth talking to the pony. I think she liked it. It just isn't the same as Grandpas horses.

Baylee was so excited to ride the pony. She picked out the one she wanted right away, she was a little skeptical when it was time to get on though.

This is Angel. She isn't really afraid to do anything.

I love it when they love on each other. We don't get to see this often, but every once in a while they do snuggle and hug each other. They're so SWEET!
