Global warming is real.

Heatwave is real.

Struggle is real.

My friend has told me about her plan to go to NZ at the end of this year for holiday and asked for my advice. I told her to just spend her time in the South island so that she can enjoy the scenery slowly. But that's not her way of travel. She wants to visit as much places as she can with the limited time she has. She told me my type of travel is only for people who have the time of the world and she told me I should migrate instead of travel.

Made me realize we were such different people. She is now married with kid. She has a family of her own. Our views on certain things are so different. I told her better not to ask for advice from me because I'm not 'normal'. 

I'm not married. I don't have a husband. I don't have a kid. I don't have tonnes of money. My advice is probably not suitable for you.

She asked me why I didn't go glacier. How would I tell her that my type of trip is doing activities that are free and glacier trip is not cheap. Any activity that needed to money like sky diving, bungee jumping, skiing, snowboarding, whale watching, water rafting, hobbiton visiting, I didn't go to any of those. Instead I just laugh it off and tell her to let me know after she went.

My life is so different than my peers. Tbh, I regretted that I told my friends that I have a gf. I wish I didn't say it out loud last year. Because at the end of the day, she is just an 'empty' partner. The last time we hear from each other is more than a month ago. She is just like a 'good morning' and 'good night' machine. There's no emotional support. No mental support. No social support of any such. 

When I feel sad or when I feel bad, I actually don't have someone to talk to. I used to have one. I can talk trash, I can seek emotional support, I can get strength from. I used to have so much.

But now, I have myself. I have to be strong for myself. 

 So, I have come back to Kuching for more than 3 months now. I don't feel like time is passing fast but yet it passes really fast. There are a few timestamps for this year:

12th Jan - last day working in Zealandia (for real this time)

15th Jan - the end of my Working Holiday Visa and left NZ

15th Jan - reach Adelaide and checked into YHA that will be my stay until 24th Jan

19th to 21st Jan - Anatomy Trains course @Norwood Hotel, Norwood

24th Jan - fly to Perth

27th Jan to 4th Feb - Certificate of Spinal Manual Therapy @Movement Zone, Joondalup

5th Feb - Fly to Singapore

6th Feb - Fly to Taipei

6th to 13th Feb - CNY holiday in Taipei (Xi Men Ding to be exact)

13th Feb - Fly to Singapore and back to Kuching

1st March - Shannon and her mum come to Kuching

4th March - Send Shannon and her mum back to Penang

2nd May - First day of work in Rehab Concept

27th May - Got my first payslip

 原来距离我上次更新已经是一年前的事情了

这一年我经历了什么，又有了什么改变

最大的改变是我感觉已经从黑洞中慢慢走出来了。这曾经看似没有尽头的地狱之路，我好像闻到花香了。

看回去一年前写的东西，充满愤怒和绝望。还有被自己关在小小的格局里。看不到未来也感受不到现在

现在的我也许还对未来充满未知可是却是多了一份期待。至少我有可以努力的方向。至少我有可以为其努力的对象。

在纽西兰的11个月里，前3个月基本上是一团乱。钱乱花，到处乱走，饭局乱约，完全没有自己的时间。那时候最渴望的就是想要一个人静静。Yu Wei离开以后，生活依然无秩序。每天想要做什么，却无力做什么。直到我离开了紫兰迪亚，慢慢的开始找回平静的自己。再直到我去了南岛，感受到了一个人的宁静。那时候开始做账，开始more aware of自己的开销，开始看戏，看书，开始安静的过生活。直到我又回到奥克兰。拥有了一个书桌开始，我的生活好像慢慢回到轨道了。可以有个地方坐下来写东西，真的能带来挺大的改变的。虽然现在还没开始上班，可是至少不像之前那样虚度光阴了。我读了一些书，写了一些字，观察了一些天色变化，听了一些音乐，打扫了一些空间，做了一些笔记。

我要在我开始上班后，依然保持这个规律又有秩序的生活。

依然保持做账的好习惯 - 清楚的知道自己把钱花在哪里。把薪水能够以3-3-3法则存起来。

依然定时打扫生活环境 - 每个星期二打扫厨房，每隔一个星期六打扫厕所，每 3个星期换洗床单，每一个月的第一个星期六deep clean房间

依然不乱买东西，不囤货 - 只买那一个星期需要的食物

依然不经常外食 - 尽量一个星期外食一次而已

依然每天看一下书 - 什么书都可以

依然在每天洗澡后可以写gratitude和manifestation journal，还有breathing exercise

能每天早醒一小时自修或做license的东西

能把钩针学起来，并能够钩出各种各样可爱的东西送给我的朋友们

以前会觉得这么规律的生活好无聊，现在却向往规律的生活so that I can feel grounded。

这大概是这一年来最大的改变。

It's a nickname WINNER, which has been loved for its refreshing concept. The title track 'I LOVE U' from the fourth mini album [HOLIDAY] follows the long list of hits 'REALLY REALLY', 'ISLAND', and 'LOVE ME LOVE ME'. It's WINNER's pop refresh. But did you know that the four songs mentioned above were produced by Kang Seungyoon himself?

Kang Seungyoon's production ability is already a famous story among K-pop fans. Based on Korean albums, WINNER's lead songs so far have been 14 songs in total. Of these, 10 of these songs were written by Kang Seungyoon (both lyric writing and composing). It's no wonder idols create songs in the K-pop world. However, it’s difficult for anyone to consistently work on the song title and produce results. You might be wondering: What is the average streaming rate for WINNER's lead songs Kang Seungyoon worked on? It has surpassed 100 million views (*figures before the release of [HOLIDAY] on July 5, 2022). The exact average of streams is 15 198 363. Those of you who read through Melon Data Lab will already know how hard it is to stream 100 million. That's why it's a matter of public choice.

After a fierce survival show, WINNER debuted in 2014 as a 'boy group released by YG after 9 years.'
