Learning from the pack

The sensibility of wildlife sometimes far exceeds that of us humans. We can fool ourselves by saying their actions are beyond our comprehension, but it's probably just a convenient excuse for our lack of selflessness and regard for the bigger picture. Each to fulfil a given responsibility bestowed on the basis of capability or (in the unfortunate case of the unavoidable sacrifices) lack thereof to minimize losses.

We call ourselves highly developed and advanced beings, yet we lack these sound reasoning abilities. That's why I support saving wildlife over humans if given a choice. Unless it can be clear that humans can be untainted in their decision matrix, they are just not worth the attention. Let's hope the younger generation are worth our attention.

Sharing a pack of chips

Never been a conscientious kind to start. Like to believe that at least I try to, so I fall in just slightly before the borderlines of "lazy".

This blog was started with the intention to express any thoughts, especially those better off directed at no one in particular. It's sometimes tough to confide in someone, without having the fear of being judged. I'm glad in these past years I have had less of such thoughts. All thanks to supportive family and friends.

Although it may seem a bit too early for new year resolutions, I suddenly had these thoughts that I need to be more actively supportive of my loved ones. In my last year of pregnancy and motherhood, those that really care make accommodations to suit my changing lifestyle. Now that this lifestyle has more or less stabilized, it's time I return the favour and reinforce these relationships.

One does not need a large social circle, just those intimate few to share that pack of chips with.
