Ingredients:

Korean Dried Cut Kombu

Anchovy packet

Spinach

Soy noodle

Pork meatballs

boil the anchovy packet with meatballs for 30 mins
(karaoke session while waiting)

and then put the rest of the ingredients into the soup

Steamboat in Office

Today is a hazy day again! All my coliks feel so sien to get out of office to have lunch when all of us are force to inhale the unhealthy air. So, we all decided to play masak-masak inside office while boss not in! =P 

One of my colik, Pang volunteer to go to buy the ingredients for steamboat from SS2 pasar, while another 2 coliks, Venesse and Ryan offer to go buy some add on ingredients from Carrefour. Poh Mun bring along his newly bought hot pot and also sponsor one packet of herbs soup base which he bought from China. And Blueyebabe bring along her induction cooker. And there you go...
