I LOVE this Easter story. I discovered it somewhere along the years when I was teaching. I think Edythe Marrett was the one who introduces the story to me.

I was able to purchase a couple of the special eggs and always showed them as I shared the book with my students.

My Life is Good 10

Today is day 10 of 10 for my “My Life is good” challenge. I am to post photos that bring me joy, because we all need joy right?

Day 10: Having the yard mowed and snow removed by others brings me great joy. I am so thankful for those who will come take care of these jobs for me.

Banana Bread

 My yummy breakfast this morning. This banana bread loaf was a gift to me last night. It is so good!

My Life is Good 9

Today is day 9 of 10 for my “My Life is good” challenge. I am to post photos that bring me joy, because we all need joy right? 

Day 9: I don't like carbonated drinks of any kind. I think the carbonation burns my throat. In Australia I couldn't find non-carbonated drinks at all. I am so glad that the water was safe to drink there. 

Here are the three drinks that right now bring me the most joy: Lemonade, Water, and Vitamin Water:Essential Orange.

Day 8: Memories of my once in a lifetime trip to Australia last fall certainly bring me great joy.  This shows only a small portion of this wonderful trip.

Mandy took us out to dinner tonight. 

We tried three other restaurants closer to home, but they were all closed. This is where we ended up. It was delicious.... Thank you so much!

What a surprise! This came from UPS today and yes it lights up! It is adorable. Terri Mitchell sent it for my birthday. What a sweetheart! Thank you!
