Take notice today of the people you normally pass without a thought. How many of them are lonely or sad or in need? What can you do to help? You don't have to fix every problem. What distinguishes heroes from the crowd is the willingness to notice what others chose to ignore - individual souls, each created and loved by God, who are valuable and who just might need a hero today.

Today

The carpet guys finally made it to AES. It has been so frustrating waiting for them when I know how much work it will take to put my room back together and then prepare for the new school year to begin.

I went to Gardners and Mary, Cassy, Meg and I played games. We played two different version of Clue: Harry Potter and Discover the Secrets. I won the first game and Meg won the second!

New calling

While working in the church library, I was approached by the Bishop. He asked me if I would accept a new calling of Primary teacher. I expressed my concern about having the same age students as I teach. I do NOT think that is fair to the students or to the teacher. Six days together a week is NOT a good thing on either side. You need a break from each other. He didn't know the age group but thought it would be younger. Next week will be my last week in the library.

Enjoying the Day Together!

Mary when she was ahead in the game!
Mary is dealing wanting to be ahead in the game.
