10. Decorating the tree and straddling the top of the ladder while singing "cool rider" (song from Grease 2 sung by Michell Pheiffer). Only my sister or fans of Grease 2 will understand!

Lindsay Loves Christmas

I wish I was better at journals and writing fun memories as they occur. I can't remember exactly what it was about Christmas that Lindsay loved. But she danced and sang out loud to carols everyday! She was also so enthusiast about the decorations and gifts. Both of the girls love the holidays and snow globes but Lindsay just couldn't keep her energy down she woke up excited everyday. The holidays are so much more fun with the magic of children!

Let it snow

Enough snow already!!! I tried to drive up the hill on Fort Canyon early this winter and got stuck at the bottom. I was so tired and needed to get home. As I kept trying to get the car going guess what song began to play on the radio? "Let It Snow"! I just laughed out loud and started to sing let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! A few minutes later I made it home.

A few weeks later on the way to preschool I slid all the way down 400 North and landed on a giant landscaping rock. The car was out of commission and required a few thousand in repairs and new tires. I didn't sing "Let it Snow" this time!
