 Baking brownies for papa's day at 1:06 AMI can't believe I'm typing this all over again after the idiot iPhone app crashed when I'm uploading the post! Damn! Alright! I'm going to blog about my baking stuffs from today onwards. I made brownies for my papa for father's day. I didn't manage to take the step by step pictures because my hands was dirty. So this is the brownies batter.   *still can't believe I'm typing this all over again* Need to bake for 25-30mins!  The brownies should be shiny and firm after cooled. In the meantime while waiting for it to cool, I have to prepare the chocolate ganache frosting, so I can pour it over the brownies.  * sry didn't rotate the pic because I'm lazy* Pour over the brownies and spread ah! I love rubber spatula because it's soft and cute! （笑）   Done. Need to wait for it to cool down also. Baking is all about waiting! Finally my moist and chocolatey brownies!  Yummy! Everyone loves it! My family don't believe that I actually bake this from scratch!!! They thought I bought the premixed brownies flour at supermarket. (*｀へ´*) I got make a heart shape pattern on the brownies using icing sugar but didn't manage to take the picture. But I took the brownies picture that I baked for my boy father. Tadah~ hahaha! This is without the chocolate ganache.  And yeah...
