On Friday I got an email saying that a group of Belgian ringers had cought one of our Common Terns ringed last year. It was ringed on Blato colony on June 19th 2012 and has no previous records..
It was found in La Somone, Senegal!!! I assume it is on it's way back and that it was much southern..But this is some 4700km from ringing place.. One of the best recoveries for me so far:)
