Saturated Canary - OWL ALWAYS LOVE YOU ♥♥

hope you are having a lovely weekend. Today, I'm sharing my latest Saturated Canary card with you. My make today features the super gorgeous 'Owl always love you'. She's definitely one of my favorite SC images ever! This little girlie is so beautiful! And look how cute that little owl is!! ♥♥

I went for a completely girlie card with lots of pinks/lilacs. Papers are by Maja Design. Added lots of flowers and die cuts and finally had a chance to use those cute little owl charms I had in my stash - just perfect for this image! Even stamped an owl on one of the tags ;)

The cute little guy on my card is LIL' ROCKER LUKA. As this challenge is 'About a Boy', I didn't use any flowers or lace - OMG, it was so hard not to use any LOL. So, as compensation, I used many many die cuts as CAS cards are not for me ha haaa! There are several LLLC dies on my card: STEAMPUNK HEART COGS, FLAG BANNER , STITCHED SCALLOPS BORDER , BOOKTAB  AND LABELS. The feather is by Tim Holtz.

hope you are having a lovely weekend. My card today is for our new Card challenge at the RIBBON GIRL. The theme is STRIPES. There are stripes on the DP behind the central oval but with all the embellies, it can hardly be seen, lol!
