I know that I normally make a list of things that I am thankful for but I feel like I am SO overly blessed that I can't even begin to make a list... it would be WAY TOO LONG! Therefore, I am going to wish everyone a Very Happy Thanksgiving and hope that you feel our Savior's love and blessings that he gives us every day. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!! While driving in the car today Cameron (my three year old) and I were having a discussion about what is real and what isn't real. Since Halloween he has been concerned about ghosts and goblins and what not so I was telling him that those things aren't real so he doesn't need to worry about them. So he was going through the list outloud...
ghosts aren't real
monsters aren't real
vampires aren't real
spiders are real and dinosaurs are real... mom are dinosaurs real?
I told him that yes dinosaurs are real but they all died a long time ago so none of them are living anymore.
His response was, "So all of the dinosaurs are dead? Does that mean that all of the dinosaurs are in heaven? (long pause) Mommy, I don't want to go to heaven when I die!!"
I guess this was one of those moments that you had to be there for to REALLY appreciate because it was priceless but I don't want to forget it so I am writing it down :)
Brendan told me that vampires DON'T have blonde hair, so we had to spray it black.
