NSD Challenge 2
This challenge was for Jen's "Use your stickers/die-cuts challenge" http://mypair-a-dice.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/ckc-national-scrapbook-day-blog-hop.html. I have had these garden stickers kicking about for donkeys years- never really knew what to do with them! The title is core-dinations- much more effective in real life...honest.
National Scrapbooking Day
I wanted to join in with the CFK NSDBloghop but haven't had much time today. I have, however managed this one for Crystal's challenge to make a background.http://crystalscraftycreations.blogspot.co.uk/
I used a mask and lots of misting spray.

Hooray, Hooray The First of May
Outdoor s*x begins today! (Not round these parts though as it's wet and horrible.) When I was at Aberdeen University that was scrawled on the desk I regularly sat on in Chem Lecture1. Bearing in mind how far north Aberdeen is, I doubt it was true for the author either.
Anyway. Weekly Challenge for April week 4 on UKS:
sketch-10
scrap a man in your life-5
different alphas-5
misting/inking/painting-5
rik rak-5
Here is my entry - Dad

Sunday's Offering
Another one for shimelle.com's cyber crop. The challenge was to create a pocket which I did using a journalling block. This is my Great Uncle Jink. The embellishments are memorablia (junk) I have had passed down to me.

A Brolly Happy Girl
This was for challenge number 9 of the www.shimelle.com cyber crop. I used her sketch from November 2nd.
A Summer Walk
The next challenge required me to create a page using 3 or more paper collections
This challenge was easy for me because when I digi scrap I rarely stick to a kit but prefer to just use whatever I have which I feel suits. The papers I used were:
Carrie Stephens SD Worn deep ocean
Basic Grey All Dotty
Dawn Inskip Bring me Sunshine (wow how freaky...DH has JUST started to play Bring me Sunshine!!)

I'm scrapping to the merry accompaniment of DH playing Christmas carols on his saxophone. I think we are in a time warp round these parts.
An IRL layout for Shimelle's cybercrop www.shimelle.com. This one requires you to scrap a layout in 4 distinct quadrants.
My layout features a picture of my Dad, Ken, with his father's housekeeper.

Happy New Year!
Well I didn't get far with keeping my blog up to date and now everything seems to have changed so I'll never get the hang of this blogging lark.
Another digi layout, using Sahlin Studio's Story Telling kit. This is for the Bad Photograph challenge for Shimelle's cybercrop. As I've botched up most of the links I've attempted to challenge layouts so far, I'm not hopeful I'll get this one to work but at least I keep trying.
This picture is me aged around 17 months, running through the garden sprinkler. It is very blurred but I love the happy carefree mini me!

My digi los for my 2012 calendar
I should really give up on this blog. Every time I try to log in I have to reset my password as I can never remember it from one time to the next. Of course, every time the new password gets more obscure so there's even less chance I'll remember it the next time! Anyway, no time to paper scrap just now but I've started doing a few digi ones to use for my 2012 calendar.
