The favorite book at the moment is "The Wheels on the Bus"...but Brycen just calls it "swish, swish, swish". If you couldnt guess already..his favorite part of the song is when the wipers on the bus go swish, swish, swish! And Matt taught him how to do the wipers with his hands, so now he gets all into it with the hand motions and everything. Its super cute, I wish we had it on video!

One arm cold. One arm hot.

So this morning when I walked into his room he had his jammies hanging off of one shoulder. And it wasnt even unzipped at all so I'm not sure how he squeezed his little arm out of the neck hole. I felt bad because his arm was so cold...it must have been hanging out for awhile! Sometimes I wonder what is he thinking when he does these silly things?!
This post is for Mary!
So to answer your question...I never filled you in on Santa because we never ended up going. We were at the mall once and planned on visitng Santa, but the line was seriously like a mile long. So I figured we'd just head back another time, but the month flew by too quickly. I guess we'll have to start that tradition next year!...

Winnie and Chip
Thursday, January 3, 2008
Well the holidays were wonderful for us! We spent Christmas here in Texas, it was kind of lonely without all of our family together..but we figured since we will be moving back to Cali in just a few short months, it would be silly to fly out right now. Matt and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary on New Years Eve...although it feels like much longer then 3 years! Thats a good thing though...life just keeps getting better and better. We're so excited to see what this coming year has in store for us!
Brycen is 16 months now, and he is learning things so quickly. His new favorite phrase is "Ready, Set, GO!!". Which comes out sounding like "Wayy, Deh, DOH!!" he says it over and over through out the day and I just can't help but smile everytime. He still loves cars and trucks, he rarely goes a few minutes without playing with one..and making the sound effects to go with it..."vroom, vroom!!" He is still so very active, he just never tires. Both of his bottom molars have started coming in ... so we have had a few fussy days lately, we're hoping they stop bothering him soon! Hope everyone had a great holiday season, and cross your fingers for us that our house will sell quickly!!
