Am pretty packed this week. Going out almost everyday...
Wed was out with XH.. and thanks for the recommendation for the desserts! The chocolate cake was heavenly!
Everyone in my dept thought i was waiting for my bf. I had to shoo ppl while waiting cos you're late! haha.


Thurs was helping out with farewell party of a prof...

And friday was gluttons eating out and then late night talks...

Went singing with Shuer on sat morning... and talked about alot of stuffs.
Pretty good to thrash things out to friends haha.
Then off to watch late night movie.


Next two weeks i'm off to shift work... actually kinda miss a&e work. Heh~
Think I did too much II work in OT liao.

Time passes so fast..fi, tako and cyn going to return soon! Hope we'll have a evil clan reunion soon!

I'm beginning to wonder if this is a test that Heaven wants me to pass by hook or by crook.
I hardly survived last week. Even though he said that i did really well, i really find it hard to believe.
I thought that this week would be better since he's back.
But...but.. something quite ridiculous happened and i gotta uphold the place again.
I hope i can make it this time around.
I'm just so afraid.
I don't wanna go through it again like last week.

I know you really believed in me.
I'd try again...but sometimes...i really just need a break from it.

A break. The long weekend.
Felt so refreshed after a week a intensive OT work.
Had long talks with in-charge and we ended up taking cab together.
And taking cab = motion sickness. Urgh.
I've taken twice this week and both times were equally bad.
The cabbie tried to talk to me but i could only managed a weak "ya....".
So no more cabs at least for now unless really have to.


Watched Chocolate on saturday... i must say its quite interesting.
You'll definitely get an overdose on the fighting scenes.
And i didn't know it was NC16 lor. Haha... Maybe i'm too used to Saw series liao.

Went out on sunday to watch a friend fly his model plane. Pretty interesting but the plane felt really fragile cos its made of Styrofoam.
After that we went for a walk down the field... it was really relaxing. Maybe i should go try the TreeTop walk. Just love the serenity.


More OT work tmr and my lookalike twin is coming in for orientation! Haha...
Lets just see if we get mistaken for each other without comparing our hair.
I think i really have a common face leh. I got mistaken for alot of ppl in OT.
There was even once, this OT nurse came up to me in the changing room and said "Hi Joleen!"
Obviously i was puzzled and looked up. Thats when she quickly apologised. Haha.
The number of ppl that looked like me or the other way round has exceeded 20. I lost count halfway through. Heh~

Anyways, hope everyone had a nice holiday!

Finally a break that i need sooo much. I'm just soo tired beyond words.

My night shifts lately was quite bad. My legs are aching and every chance i get, i'd sit down.
Eeks.
I had a nurse while waiting for me to do x-rays for a patient.. he went ahead and counted the number of forms i've done. He said: Wow...seriously, you guys need at least another person stationed here! So many and only one person do. You all super human izzit?"
I managed a weak smile back at him. (it was 5am i no energy to do a normal smile ok.. lol )

Yawn... gtg. Morning shift tmr.

Factory/Production worker is very very tired.
Am suffering from insomnia after night shifts. Cant believe that.
I'm freakingly tired and yet can't sleep.
I think my body cant take shifts this intense. Feels like i'm working my soul out.
Soul fading away.

Have to postpone my wisdom tooth extraction cos no manpower. Haiz.

My colleague said, "I feel like a production worker."
Do and go! Do and go!

I totally agree.


It became such that on one occasion, I went to isolation room to do an x-ray, only to find out that they added one more so i had to walk back to take one more film.
I went and came back and the nurse was shocked and said "I saw you stepping out like 5secs ago and now you're back?!"

Yeah.. that comes from OJT in A&E. Having to cover 8 areas ALONE (apart from doing admin work + portering simultaneously)
I think most of us walk like running speed by now.
Its crazy here.
It became like.. whenever we call the On-Call back, it meant that we're pretty darn busy.
A race against them writing the forms and us clearing the forms. my goodness.
I've never been so "high" working like this. *pun intended.

My lips turned pale white after night shift last night. I got a shock when i went to change out and saw myself in the mirror.
Guess i might have scared some kids in the middle of the night Hahaaa.
