Long blog before i disappear for a period of time... cos starting attachment next week liao... gonna be busy busy and super tired. Poor legs. Got the urge to buy myself the foot bath machine thingy when it was on sale at watsons. Wahahaa..
Waah.. imagine ah.. everyday come home, leg very tired and muscles aching away....and then a LONG RELAXING foot bath! waaa...what a life man... haha...

Anyways... had a two eventful days spent at the expense of my sleep and screwing up my biological clock.(i'm soooo dead when i have to wake up early for attachment)

Friday...
Missed out a 10am briefing at school cos i overslept!! I woke up to the tunes of my hp when prissy called me.. but by then it was already 11am. LOL... Because last night i slept at ard 430am.. and its weird cos guess what i was doing up so late?
Cleaning! Of all things that i could do...i chose to clean up my room in the middle of the night.
(Actually i did that a couple of times when i was in JC...somemore next day have to reach sch by 715am.) Ya.. go ahead call me crazy. Ha..

Anyways, i went to sch eventually at ard 3pm and met up with pris, wendy and chun to see Mr Ho as i need to ask him about case study. And we ended up looking at their japan trip photos. It was really entertaining cos Mr Ho was telling us about the funny urinal in japan that moves and plays "water"gurgling sounds while you're relieving yourself. haha.

Then pris, me, wendy and pauline met up at bugis to shop! I bought a glittering eyeliner..love it to bits... very nice and cheap. =)

But had to cut the shopping trip short as I had to meet yimin, ziyang and boqiang for dinner at Soul Kitchen. The food was good as usual... i got my anchiovy pasta! Yummy! AND! Choco pudding! But before wendy starts to scold me... It was ONE choco pudding SHARED b/w the four of us ok.. hahaa..
We kept playing cards almost non-stop at the restaurant. Haha.. Damien even sent Chooi to come and tell us that Soul Kitchen is NOT a GAMBLING DEN. lol...
Michelle came by for a while to help out... was surprised to see her. But whats even more surprising was that she and boqiang are lecture mates! Gosh.. what a small world... my dear cousin and my friend attends the same lecture at SIM.

I have come to this conclusion that... whenever the four of us come out to meet in the evening.. we will eventually stay up to the unearthy hours of the night or if you prefer, Morning.
We were supposed to head home after dinner but decided to play pool instead. After that we went to macs and stayed up until 5plus am where we took the morning train/bus home.
But it was a definitely fun night. Truely enjoyed it. =)

And Saturday...
Woke up ard 3plus in the afternoon...where i stoned for quite a while before realising that i had to go for work. It was the LAST DAY that Soul Kitchen was opened to the public as a restaurant.
After that Damian is probably gonna do outside catering or private function.

Anyways, there was this old couple who came to eat and Damian was serving them. After 5mins, he put down the order chit and whispered to me at a corner, "IGNORE THEM JUN! Act busy. Dont see them, look ard elsewhere. Just ignore them."
I was puzzled and asked why. He said the wife was giving him an attitude. Haha... But really... its true. When the husband asked me over to take order, i noticed the wife ah..was black face all through out lor! Actually...its through out the whole dinner process. Wa seh... i dunno what i do to her sia... Must be a severe form of menopause. But then again, shes too old for menopause. Wahaha...
Damian later told me in the kitchen;" Jun... GO FIGHT BACK LA! She anyhow give u attitude. SHOW HER UR ATTITUDE JUN! I'm sure u'll beat her HANDS DOWN! This is ur last chance! Today last day..no more chance to fight back at customers after this!"
And then he gave me his signature cheeky grin. Wa lau... buay tahan....

After closing, Roy, chooi, kumar, damian, irwan and me stayed behind in the restaurant and we had supper together. We played cards and then Roy left and kumar went to sleep. Eventually, the four of us became sian after playing Dai Dee for quite a while.

And we started playing what they called indiana poker. Each of us have to take a card from the deck and paste it on our forehead. We don't know our own cards but we can see what others have. Each player is given a chance to take a card frm the deck to exchange with the one on his forehead. He can choose not to change. Who has the smallest card lose. The fun part is....that you have to play mind games and psycho ppl...like telling them their card damn good dun change or very bad must change. Its a combination of truth and lies. Its damn fun playing with them... i laugh until i wanna cry. Haha. Such a wicked game. Once, we managed to psycho damian to change his card..he got an Ace previously and he changed it to a Two from the deck! Wa lau...the three of us laugh until pengz!

We stayed up until about 5plus am before heading home.

It was pretty sad actually. I missed the place soooooooo much. Its the best workplace i had ever been to.
No stress working there... and the boss, Damian is such a nice person. Everyone is nice there.
Its almost impossible to find a boss who...
~tells you its alright in the most comforting tone when you did something wrong,
~tells you to inform him if there's any difficult customer who bullies you and he'll go out and scold them
~readily gives you the key to the cash register when you have only worked there for less than 3mths.
~gives you really nice tasting food to try out every now and then.
~tells you to fight back and let the customers go if they are unreasonable
~play card games with you after closing
~jokes and play tricks on you during work
~pays you abit extra on a couple of occasions.

Where can you find such a fantastic boss?

And Irwan also... he makes drinks for me almost everytime i'm there. For my bday, he made a special dessert for me. Lends me his DVDs(i didnt ask him for it), refuses to take my money when we share cab home from work. Entertains me when i bored.
Chooi...helps me out whenever she drops by and shes very generous person too.
Kumar also jokes with me too..but his english limited. hahaa...
Where can you find such sweet bunch of ppl to work with?
Yes... i'm all full of praises for them. Such wonderful ppl. I'm truly blessed to have met them. =)


Urgh... two consecutive nights of unearthy hours of sleeping is gonna screw me up big time. Hahaa.. but! It was worth the sacrifice. Never had such fun in a long long time. =)

Btw... i love my daddy! He did a lot of sweet things lately for me. Like asking me if i needed a ride home on late friday night when there's no more public transport. Buying me my fav popiah (which i didnt get to eat cos i was out the whole day). And buying a seaweed snack for me cos i told him its very nice. He also bought Style mag cos he say looks like alot of freebies quite worth the price so buy for me lor. hahaa...
And today!!! i reached home to find Her World mag placed just outside my bedroom!! I had planned to buy it earlier but didn't cos i didnt wanna spend so much. God knows how he knew. Cos i never told him i wanted that.
If only my future bf is like my dad....
Nah... wake up jun. It'll never happen. LOL...

Went for the concert called Colours Of Music in which Yimin was involved in playing two of the songs. Not bad not bad...
Met yimin's parents.. her dad as usual so nice and friendly. He passed me his camera when i just casually mentioned abt my bro having the exact same model and i knew abit abt adjusting it. Suddenly i was the photographer of the night. lol... hopefully the pics turn out nice. But he too trusting liao le.. i mean... WHAT IF i drop the cam and broke it? Muahahaha...
Also met keith and his gf... keith reminds me of julian... arms big big one.. LOL...
Oh.. and also Boqiang who was initially shy to talk with me... but after a while began crapping and being lame. But its nice meeting them all =)

So... last min... min, zy and boqiang decided to go kbox. I was hesitant...cos i was kinda tired... Have no idea why... but i went ahead cos dun wan to spoil the whole mood. And sooooo... we sang until 4am!!!! I had lots of fun tho'. Boqiang is a damn good singer. Will vote for him if he decides to enter Superstar. haha...

Ard 350am... when i was thinking of how to get home... my daddy msged me! He ask me if i need a ride. Just on time =) Love my daddy! Always come to my rescue when i need it most. Cos last month he came and drove me home when i was trapped in jurong with no mrt no buses no money no atm ard. Somehow it always coincides with the days he's working night shift.
I asked min and zy if they need a ride...but they say they dun want cos they hungry...wanna go mac and eat.

Oh Oh! min say my daddy look sooo young! Muahahaha.. of cos! He got "Bao Yang" ~ take care~ one hor! :p

Monday...
Went blading with wendy, ken and chun. Fell on my bum twice. Went home..and i had to move very very slowly like old woman when i wanted to change sitting position while watching tv on the floor. But i'm able to cross hump by myself! heheee~ Tho' still not very stable lar...

Tues..
Went to see Aunty irene with cyn and wendy. Then shopping at marina square!
And...eating dinner at Soul Kitchen! It was full house on a tuesday!? Its weird lar..sometimes get full house. The food was damn goood! and we took alot of pics =)

Wednesday...
Went to work as usual... two tables for the whole night. Cos its raining...
Irwan made drinks for us all... malibu with pineapple juice yum~ plus a shot of Tia Maria with malibu. Have realised that i cannot drink over a certain limit. I got non-itchy rashes on my body sans limbs and head.
We played Dai Dee again... and this time, who lose must do 10 push up or sit ups. I lost 5times! So that works out to 50push ups! Hahaa..


Thursday...
Went cycling with Elaine and Jieli. The marine cove bus didnt stop for us so we took cab in.
Met Cyn, pauline and wendy...they were going blading with chun and ken.
Jieli wanted to learn blading so me and elaine dumped her with evil clan. LOL!
Wahahaa.. wei.. its a good thing ok... got ken who is a good teacher and evil clan who are ever so friendly and nice. =)
After that... went walk walk ard PS with elaine and we talked abt xmas plans... hmmm...have to wrack brains for new ideas liao.

Friday...
today... stay at home! alas! Rest. heh~ but have to go work later.
Can't wait to see yimin perform tmr night! hehee~ jiayou wor!

Am going to Soul Kitchen with Cyn and Chun. Yummmmy... *droolz*
Told damien that i want choco pudding!!! hahaa... and that i want crabmeat pasta same as chun. Cos i tried a small sample of crabmeat pasta...and its damn good. Anchiovy pasta also! OMG... Its time that i make a little advertisement. LOL...

The pasta served there... is not normal pasta...u know with all the sauces diluted..this one ah..the sauces stick to the pasta one ok! Very nice... especially for those who love to eat spicy ..its altered for local taste. You have to taste it to know how good it is.
We have a pack of regulars that comes in asking for the pastas and certain local dishes. Some even wanna order a year's supply of a certain dish to last him thru when the place closes!

Sadly, we are closing in end of nov. Ya...why..? when the food is good. You know what.. i have no freaking idea. I came across alot of newspaper articles and big enlarged versions printed on a board that spells out the restaurant's glory days where its very very packed and reservations are always full. Even irwan tells me that its true too. And recently on LianHeZaoBao...they gave him 5stars for the food review. Too bad that its closing.

Anyways... damien say he wanna make a special for me... he ask me dun take the crabmeat pasta since i tried it before liao.. MMMmmmmm cant wait for it.. hehee.. *Droolz*

2nd week into the holidays..
Met new friends doreen and her sister maggie. Such nice people.
Went out with them and Jenny on tues and we all had a great time hanging out together shopping and stuffs.
Jenny as usual told me(a number of times already) that she really wanted to intro her bro to me. Errrr..no thanks. I'm having lots of fun now. So much freedom =). Anyways, she say maybe dont want to intro cos her bro shorter than me. Muahahaa...good.

On thurs went out with Yimin for klunch and shopping.
We both out of tune for the first part cos haven't warm up our voices.. ;p
(but i super out of tune lor... at least she's much better than me)
I found the "petti coat??" thingy at Seiyu Cyn! Bought for $9.90. heee

Saturday went to work as usual...
Michelle came to the restaurant with her friend. Missed her lots! We hugged each other in the midst of the restaurant.. hahaa.. dun care if other ppl stares. heh~
Anyways her friend seems nice and polite.
Damien closed the place early and the 3 of us sat down for a game of Dai Dee. Who lose must drink one shot of Bailey's. heh~
I think i'm having very good luck. I kept winning...dishing out alot of big cards. Muahaha... FIRST time i win damien and irwan leh! They were my teachers lor! hahaha..
Then Kumar also joined in... we all had a great game.

Some where in the midst of a game, there's this karang kuni guy came and find damien. Errrm.. i think he's a little on the slow side lar. He likes to laugh alot and his laughter sounds really like an idiot(no offense). Irwan couldnt help but laugh at his laughter. And irwan doesnt laugh like a normal human either. heh~
Irwan's laughter is comparable to a hyena's. Damn high pitch and very very contagious. So it started a chain effect. One by one...Me, kumar and damien all laughed together. And its not just an ordinary laugh... its a damn long continuous one where you CANNOT stop at all.
But it was a good abdomen workout. hahaa... irwan and me laughed until we both cried. Its really bad. haaa~
I think i drank alot of baileys. They KEPT refilling my cup even tho i didnt lose! But very nice to hang out with them. No worries no seriousness all fun. =)
