I haven't had enough rest even though its the start of my holidays!
Yesterday slept until 1pm and went work until 1130pm due to a huge table of ppl who refused to leave the restaurant till 11pm. arrrgghhh. *hehx*

And... today went work again. Yes...you didnt see wrongly. Its a sunday catering service for lunch. Damien really needed someone to help out so i agreed. Full house at 30pax. Super exhausted. The ppl don't eat much so me and don ate some of the extra servings of food. While we were eating, Damien and Irwan came and sat with us. And then hor... we all chit chatting...and dunno how come they started to talk about condoms/vibrators/etc. Wa seh... best lor... I'm eating leh! LOL... i almost dropped my prawn. and damien laughed at me. Ha HA. thanks alot man.

After that went to the new national library to look for books for the assignment.
I reached home ard 6pm and knocked out until 10pm. Its like... once I lay myself on the bed, everything went black. hahaha...
I watched tv after getting up from bed.. and there's this really really touching show on channel U called The Way Home. Its a short 1hr korean movie which had apparently won alot of awards.


A fatherless 7 years old boy was forced to stay with his mute grandmother in the countryside when his mother got into money woes. Feeling deprived, he started throwing tantrums, but his grandmother continued to care for him selflessly. This award-winning movie is one of Korea's greatest hits.This is the story of a 7-year-old boy, "Sang Woo", born and raised in the big city, and his mute grandmother, who has spent her whole life in a small rural village. Being a city boy who is used to the benefits and luxuries of the modern world, Sang Woo comes into conflict with a person whose soul is so close to nature. Although Sang Woo resents his grandmother at first, he is moved by her at the end. Unfortunately, it is at this time that Sang Woo must return to the city...

I cried while watching the movie. *sobs* The grandma cared for the boy no matter how rude and unappreciative he was. This selfless act made me tear. PLus the fact that she is mute, has a really bad kyphosis(hunchback) and this really very Ke Lian(pityful) face.
The little boy later realise how much his grandma loves him and he cried. He did alot of stuffs for her...like threading all the needles for her while shes asleep, teach her and gave her cards so that she can write to him and let him know if shes sick. Its a pity that he has to leave not long after realising his grandma's love and care for him.

Reminds me of my paternal granny. From the time i can remember her, she was already mute and can't walk due to health conditions. But everytime we went to visit her, she would always stretch out her arms and want to hug us. Even though she can't express out her emotions, her actions were very clear and obvious. But being at the age of probably ard 8yrs old, I couldn't comprehend the whole situation. I would just want to hug her and go straight and play with my cousins. When she died, I was 9yrs old and was with my maternal granny. She received the call and told me. And I was like.. "Ok...". No emotions and I didnt even feel sad nor cried at her funeral. Perhaps it was due to the fact that we were often left in the care of my maternal granny and we seldom see my paternal granny. Like our psychology module has mentioned, no emotional attachment.
Looking back, I do wish that I could be more appreciative. But thats in the past. No point thinking too much. Just hope that shes enjoying life with angels =)

After reading several bloggies... I've come to a conclusion that, Thanks to school's ever-so-packed schedule (and countless number of quizes, tests and projects), our social life has suffered in a way or another.
And not only that... LACK OF SLEEP also! Alot of us pay back sleeping time over the weekends and I do find myself sleeping in 10-12 hours each day!

We are shagged out...this semester really is testing my limits to juggle so many different things at one go. To be honest, I've never been so busy in my life. I'm pushing the "Debts" mentioned in earlier post, to the 1 miserable week of holidays. And now, I'm finding that i'm not able to fit in quite a number of ppl. Urgh.
And to think that during our mentor meeting, Mr H was telling us to all get attached when there's a chance. Quoted: "Go try! If not no time to find liao.. trust me. I'm an example.." LOL!Siao eh...now already no time liao..
Well...unless...!
Like Tako said; If someone sings Tong Hua童话 to us, we'll swoon, faint and fall into his arms. Erm..must add that he must sing it well too. Hahaha..

Ok! Enough crapping.. Pls ignore whats written above. Am stressed out so crappy nonsense things come out. Now trying hard to concentrate on studying Pathology...its a lethal module. So many things to remember =(Especially when exam date is on wed... and im working tues night! Argh. Nvr mind. I'll survive.(yeah..need to constantly remind myself hah~..)

P.S: I lovvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeee the chocolate pudding at my work place. Damn nice. Damn sinful... But i LiKe~! heeee~

Such drama week... so many tests, tensions b/w ppl, accident...etc.
Have you even felt so tired that at times, you just want to break down and cry?
I do.
Not because i'm upset but crying(to most girls) is a great tension releasing behaviour.
Sometimes I wonder if I would eventually fall/breakdown due to the constant tests, equizes, exams..etc that seems to bombard the RG ppl endlessly.

Not only that...we also have less time to spare. I find myself accumulating "debts". hahaaa...
"Debts" = dates owed to friends and family.
Somewhere in my bloggie entries in May, i mentioned a friend whom I wanted to meet and catch up with... up till now.. i still cant find an appropriate time to fit her in! Maybe cos our schedule clash...but i'm planning to reserve a slot for her in my coming 1 wk break.

Anyways, went visit xuehou on saturday. He's doing very good. Ha~ glad to see that. Yimin, if you are reading this, don't worry. He probably needs some physiotherapy or occupational therapy to get back to normal life. =)

Work yday was fun =)
But as usual, i kena suaned by irwan and also by damien and Don!~ LOL...
Dunno why ppl so high yday... win liao lar..suan me~ =p hahahaa...but very funny lar.

My friend, Xuehou and his bro, Xueqian met with a road accident. Thank god they have their lives intact. Xueqian had minor injuries and was discharged on the day itself.
But xuehou still in hospital. His just had a operation not long ago and he seems a little weak.

Let us all help to pray for the both of them...with our most sincere heart, we pray for their recovery.

I'm enjoying school so much thanks to evil clan and gang. Even as schwk is making us all dreary and tired.. we managed to stay together and kee siao like nobody's biz! heeee~

Last friday(5th Aug) was one of the best dayz. Although there's the lousy Ch*n's quiz, we managed to keep our spirits up and took lots of pics!
Yes... I repeat... we are photo-freaks! Haha... I guess we really wanna keep the memory of us all together cos time passes really fast. Who knows what will happen next?

Yesterday... evil clan, xiaoming and ken went for sushi buffet! I ate like 13plates plus a small tub of ice cream. All of us were very bloated... hahaha...
After that I went to FOX to buy a nice top for my bro's bday which is on 10th Aug.
Gonna keep it until wednesday then give him =)

Urgh.. Gonna study for Mr Ho's mid-sem exam liao...

Our presentation went smoothly and the general feedback was good. Phew~
BUT, its not the end. We have to pass up our individual essay in 4wks time. Haiz...
