knocked off from work. went to catch a movie at tiong bahru plaza with charmaine, limin, stanven and vanessa. met up with stanven and va before that. so met char and lm at KFC.

we decided to catch Twins Mission. initially, i thought the show would be boring or smth. cos i dont really watch HK movies but it turned out fine. in fact, it was good. hahah. the story revolved arnd this 'heaven bead' . lol. the best part was the fighting moves of the characters and well, certain scenes made me sit on the edge of my chair (correct expression right?) the second best thing bout the show was the names of the characters, ranging from 'mona' 'lisa', 'marco' 'polo' to 'snake soup' and 'snake congee'. they were all twins, you see. so their names were like linked.

it didnt have a proper ending and being smarter, we waited for the credits to roll, but there werent any more to the story. so we left the cinema wondering why we always ended up watching movies like these. hahah. but i think there'll be a sequel. charmaine left after that.

the rest of us went to amk. the train was PACKED :S sooo irritaing.
we walked arnd amk hub and while they went for dinner, i went home. and we can still watch 2 more movies with stanven's passes :DD

p.s oh by the way, stanven gave each of us an ang bao and yes, they contained MONEY. hahah

went to edwina's place today. met up with changsheng and weilun before that. then we took this run-down 854 to her place. lol.

ziwei was already there when we reached. and there was this fish thingy which sings this CNY song whenever someone enters her house. kinda cute lah. so we sat arnd waiting for pple to arrive. drank some kinda alcoholic drink. sabrina and suxin arrived next. then they had steamboat for lunch. while i sat there err. sipping the drink. lol. someone started telling racist jokes. shant elaborate, it's mean. hahah. saiful and zaki came.

then we watched The Covenant and Resident Evil. the latter was better though there werent any hotties. there were this humji kia, JIU KONG and lots of bloody zombies. lol. and then it was time to go. all in all, i had fun lah cos i havent seen evil gang for a loong time. nice catching up and all.

my grandparents, aunts and uncles just went off. and kyan didnt come :( but it's okay. i still got hold of some pictures. :DD

had lunch with my grandparents, aunts and uncle. the lunch was good. ethan's adorable, as usual. then went town. bought a belt. ((: good deal. now i need a a pair of jeans.

since it's like the 'last' day of CNY, i shall draw a conclusion to it. lol. this year was the usual - blahh. but the first day was fun. cos kyan was there :DD i dont feel much about CNY. it's just the extra bundle of cash that perks me up. and of course, ethan and kyan! such sweet darlings. shall get them to pose for pictures one day.

just came back from my grandparents' house (father side) . ETHAN and KYAN are just sooo adorable. had breakfast there, watched teevee, played blackjack etc. all in all, it's a good enough day. no much questions asked. hahah.

one more day to CNY. and the festive mood has not caught up with me yet. whatever it is, i will have to brace myself for those 'concern' relatives. yesyes, im doing well, ive grown taller, im going to get into a poly *nods and smiles like an idiot*. so, can i have my angbao now? hahahah. very rude, i know. but since it's a once in a year thing, i might as well enjoy it.

no point worrying. the harm's done. however i still believe i'll be able to make it. cos ive made a promise to God and someone else has prayed for me. hahah. :D

i was out the whole day. and everywhere i went, i see couples attached by the palms. Lol. it's scary okay? they're everywhere. Okay. im such a sour grape. but that's because my husband's all the way in korean right now. :( and one more thing bout couples. why squeeze the bus with us? they have the money to splurge on food and ROSES but cant bear to part with taxi fares. sickening.

I hope i can get into one of my first five choices. it's not that the rest are not good.it's just that i kinda arranged them wrongly. bummer!

on a lighter note, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY to all my friends out there. you're being loved by meee! hahahah.

im officially done with the JAE! it took me eons to come up with the 12 choices. yesyes, i know we dont have to fill all the 12 but no harm what. :DD

anyway, for the past few days, i went to different polys with cs,lm,AH CAI and va. the lady at tp's HRM was seriously ____. i think she's giving us false hopes lah. but still, i put it as first choice. hahah. all the polys ( we didnt go to RP), was not bad except for one. the pple there are like dead. the lectuerers were finnne but i dont know, it didnt leave a good impression on me. soo, it was good going arnd to different polys with thefamily cos we were able to discuss and helped one another with the courses. im seriously happy that we were finally done with JAE.

besides looking at the courses in each poly, we went and try the food in the different polys. hahah. not bad lah.

sooo, went bugis with shuqin just now. after the JAE registration. walked arnd. bought a couple of stuff. had dinner at pastamania and went to walk arnd somemore. we each bought cream puffs for our family before going home.how nicee~ :D

suddenly, i have the urge to study hard. LOL. whatever. i hope this feeling lasts till april when school reopens. i want to get into ______ in __ !

hahahaha. i did okay! and im fucking pleased with my EL (mrs HEE :DD) and Combined Humanities. ( show off a bit lah :D). math was well, good enough. anyway, text me if you wanna know my result.

sooo, met cs,char,lm,stanven,va at PS arnd 3.15pm. decided to catch 'The Unseeable' with mr '我有的是钱' 's free movie passes. the show was not bad but it still left me a little puzzled. some parts were freaky but like vanessa said, nothing beats shutter. hahah. charmaine left after the movie. so we went to the arcade to play lah. stanven was convinced that he'll win the mobile phone thingy. o.O we also went to 'kiap' the soft toys. but we left that arcade with nothing but a few dollars lesser. :X

walked arnd. crapped. and then we had pasta for dinner. walked to Heeren to take neoprints. stanven was damn reluctant. but he still took with us in the end. we took twice cos the first one was screwed. hahah. and cs spent eons decorating the second one. we almost died waiting. lol. and FINALLY, we're done and ready to go home. and while walking towards somerset, a bird poop landed on my arm. it must be some kinda sign or smth. maybe i'll do well? or maybe my result will be like poop? hahah. by tmr, i'll know what it means. :D

took NSL to yck and took 72 home. reached earlier than ive expected. hahah.

p.s the dress arrived! and now im tempted to buy a hooded cardigan from korea. :X shall see about it

practically slept the whole day away AGAIN. warm and humid weather make me tired. haha. but i woke up feeling much better. maybe because it's evening and the sun has set already. :D

anyway, there're lots of report on how global warming is adversely affecting us now. with earthquakes,floods, hurricanes, storms everywhere. i guess it's pretty serious now. and i wonder if people are getting the message or thinking that it wouldnt happen that soon. dont know why i blog about this issue but i think it's pretty scary lah. but it's our fault anyway. LOL.

anyway, i bought the dress already. gonna get it sometime next week if nothing goes wrong. wish me luck! :D

went chinatown with my parents and sister. was alright at first but i got pissed while squeezing in the middle of the crowd. it was damn crowded lah. walked arnd. nothing much to elaborate on. go there and experience it yourself. haha (:
