4th of July in Idaho

Craig celebrated his birthday with Bridger. Jacob and Brittney were so kind in fixing a fun birthday breakfast and making a fuss with hats and a birthday sign.

Bridger spend his 1st 4th of July on the banks of the Snake River enjoying the Melaluca fireworks, with his Mom & dad, Auntie Woo and papa & grandma. It was fun to share a great memory with Brittney & Bridger. We have missed this fun event in our lives and being close to family.

It was fun for great grandpa Lowe to finally meet Bridger and show everyone the big black bull.

Little Big Horn

Craig was schedule to work in Billings in July, so we made arrangement for me to join him for Friday & Saturday. I arrived on Thursday afternoon and we drove around a bit and then on Friday we spent the day at Little Big Horn battlefield. This is the 2nd most visited battlefield in the U.S. We lived in Idaho our entire lives and wanted to come here, but waited til we were clear across to the U.S. to make it happen. It was such a history lesson for both of us. We also were able to attend the Billings Temple and climb Pompey's Pillar( where Lewis & Clark signatures appears). so much to see in this grand Country of ours.

Jake's Graduation

Saturday May 3, 2008 was a celebration long in the making. Jacob finally got his bachelors of Business degree at Utah State University. After Graduation we went to a condo near Powder Mountain in Eden, Utah and spent a couple of days enjoying visiting, playing games and making memories. The only sad part, was missing Vernon(Misty's hubbie) who was at Louisanna flying helicopters.

Mom's Funeral

On February 13, My mom stepped from this life into the next. She suffered so bravely and my Dad has truly been her constant companion for over 4 years. She loved being at family gatherings and she would have so loved this time when her grandchildren and great grandchildren came to celebrate her life. Thanks mom for the legacy you gave to us.

Christmas in Las Vegas

It was such a fun time to be in Vegas for Christmas at James & Brandy's new home with all the kids, but Misty & Vernon(Vernon was working at the oil rig).
We enjoyed an Christmas Eve dinner with Barry & Leslie and their little boy. This was Dylan's first Christmas, but he was too sick to enjoy it or even let us enjoy him. Braxton & Kobee were pumped as usual.
