Fav Project of 2009 Plus Stampman Blog Hop

Looking back over 2009 this has to be my favourite project of all.I fell in love with this tilda image and ended up making many gifts with her on.The stampman wants you this week to choose your best project for 2009 so this is mine!i like both the designs i choose to do the colour combo of the blues below and also traditional red and green.also pop over and join in with the blog hop you have until 3rd Jan to complete collect the letters find the word then email to the addy posted good luck!

Merry christmas everyone hope santa brought you loads of crafty goodies like he did for me tell you more later.Just to say we had a "White Christmas"yipeeeeee it started snowing at 9pm!

Wishing You All A Very Merry Christmas

Just wanted to say we have arrived safely in Darlington on Tuesday .Yes they have got snow but a sprinkle compared to what we left behind in Norfolk.Mind saying that at 2.30am it started snowing and is still continuing!Well i have successfully finished my crimbo shopping and craft shopping ...lol but only one decent shop in darlo that is a tad expensive too.boyes dept store have a little but not as much as they used to.Such a shame craft central closed as that was the only decent one here.

We did get over on tuesday to see my good friend June and hubby sam spent 3 hrs having good time drinking coffee and laughing!sophie was in her eliment playing with June's grandson Hayden who made us all laugh !hopefully next week before we come back we are going to take june for trip to hobby craft at teesdaide park weather permitting!

I would like to wish everyone a very "Happy Christmas"and for anyone travelling a safe and happy journey.Hope santa comes and brings you loads of crafty goodies,and other gifts Love n hugs

Morning all notice didnt say good morning...lol still have 8ins snow here that has frozen due to over night temp of -5.This will be my last post until i return before new year .So i have at last cleared all my christmas crafty stuff away until next year.It was so nice to create anon chrsitmas cardusing other colours than crimbo ones.

Evening still very cold here icy and snowy with more forecast .I only hope we can go up north on tuesday and the weather improves but from what i see dont think it is!!Chloe is so down as she thinks we wont get to grampie's as she's told santa to deliver her present's there..........and he is ...lol.Anyway i have been busy making another Calendar for my daughter's friend they are all "Twilight "mad girls!!!Sorry but Robert Pattinson does nothing for me nor the movie.Anyway thats what she wanted so here is the finished product just hope she likes it !it has bit of bling on it too!

Good Morning Snowy Saturday

Beginning to look abit like Chrsitmas this was friday 18th december 2009 around Norfolk.this was the first lot of snow now had alot yesreday afternoon and over night about 8ins in all still -5 bbbrrrgghhhhhh.

Well the snow is still a falling and looks so pretty well from indoors anyway!I have some news for you i have now opened another blog to sell my handmade creations and craft stock i have left over from my old webshop "Dragonfly Crafts".I need to get rid of the stock so im adding these to the shop also, eventually in the forth coming weeks. These are all brand new craft items from ribbons,to packs gems ,sizzix dies ,paper bag album supplies and much more.

Snow is Falling.........

Snow is falling all around us since 2pm yesterday and blizzard was fantastic just a shame it wasnt this time next week(Christmas day).Have a happy friday keep safe and warm and will be back later with some snowy piccys!oh and a card...lol

This is my last creative project for 2009 ....this is the set i have finished today for my carers who come round ,so i have made them both the same and with my fav we tilda.So now i have had the delight to put all my christmas designer papers away until next year !!!yippee i will look forward to making other creations.

The weather here is hurrendous we have a blizzard here with strong bitter winds and snow falling like cotton wool balls.Just wish it was this time next week as it would be christmas eve id love my girls to see a white christmas !stay warm stay safe!

C.R.A.F.T Challenge 30

This week at the C.R.A.F.T challenge the theme is "Free For All"Here is my Dt submission.this is what i made for my daughters friend .she has seen this image and calendar last time she visited the house and commented on it and sophie thought it would be nice for her to have for christmas.My daughter is alos baking christmas cookies next week to go with it.so we have decorated a tin to match and will put the bag of homemade cookies into the matching tin.Go pop over and take peek at what the other Dt entries are remember it is a free for all this week so anything goes...well not everything...lol.

Disaster Has Stuck...

Oh my the day has started off badly thats before we get the snow!.This morning i didnt go back to bed thought id upload my challenge cards and Dt card for the C.R.A.F.T challenge.Went onto my laptop and disaster struck!!my screen has gone curput!!!it was fine when i logged off last night and this am bingo no hope .I am depressed to say the least as last night found my camera so before i sent the rest of my christmas cards i uploaded all piccys and now cant get to them..............Boo Who..so i have had to pinch back my daughters laptop which was my old one but when your use to a smaller one it's hard to get on with as ive found out this am...lol.My laptop is only 5 months old too ,but that doesnt come off warranty so im no hoping to claim under my accidental damage on house insurance.A wee little girl did come down this am a bit sheepish asking have you been on your laptop yet ?funny question to ask dont you think .any way no point crying over spilt milk as they say ..sob sob sob....so i have no favs on here all my links to my fav shops ect not here.but luckily some of my piccys i did are still on my sd card .so i will now go upload my cards and hope the day doesnt go from bad to worse....

Well ive not been around much past couple days time seems to go so fast not enough hours in the day for everything i need to do.You will see that ive or should i say the blog has had a face lift!!Warmed it up and gave it a new look thanks Ingrid!It is freezing here today this morning thick frost and a snow flakes a dropping - 6 when o/h went to work this am.It is at this moment -3 and only not even 5pm..oooshhh parky not the word!

Andy asked if i could make him a good luck card for his line manager who leaves on friday to take up another job.I hate making these types of cards doesn't make it any easier being a man..lol.So i got to it & wanted something simple sometimes i think less is best!So i did and now im going ,mental as i can't find my camera so as soon i do i will upload photo here.Good night stay safe stay warm!

Creative Inspirations Challenge 23 DT Plus Few Challenges

This weeks challenge has been set by me it will run from 13th Dec until 31st Dec at 10am this is due to Christmas Period.The next Challenge and first one of 2010

Christmas Cuties......Elveden Family Trip

Family Trip to Get the Tree

Well we went to Elveden forest to get our tree this afternoon as promised the piccys of these lovely cute Newfoundland dogs oh and my beautiful daughters.First time ive seen them enjoy themselves in weeks and smile!

Lovely afternoon had by all as promised some piccys .You pay a donation and all monies go to

The East AngliaAir Ambulance fund.

The dogs are there at Elveden every weekend from 1st Dec itll Christmas Eve.If you dont need a tree it is lovely afternoon out for all the family loads to do as has there own shop,cafe and handmade shop outlets in the court yard.All the trees come from their grounds.

Morning all well not good one looking out side damp icy and very foggie!Just what i need when today yep the second saturday beofre crimbo and i have to strat YES start my crimbo shopping yuck!i must be mad yeah truly insane.Although with everything going on the past few weeks in my life not surorising ive not done any.So today sthe day i start and finish it all.Then trip to elveden for the crimbo tree we love doing this every year.They have alovely event throughout December and have the most amazing digs new foundlands i think !They have them pulling wee carts on the carts you put your crimbo tree and they take it to your car!!they are sooo cute and you donate by giving to the Hospice and East anglia Air ambulance so well worth it the girls love it!you never know may get me in the christmassy mood as yet im not!

I have uploaded a few wee cards made for my daughters as they were short, glad theyve got theres written ..lol.

I will pop back later with some piccys of the tree and dogs to show you.Also have my Dt creations for the creative Inspirations ;last challenge before Christmas which is a fab one well i would say that as i choose it...lol.
