An oldie but a goody!

Hi friends,
Sorry not been around much due to getting a couple of appointments this last week.
Firstly, I had an 'Ultrasound Guided aspiration' biopsy on an enlarged lymph node in my neck on Tuesday.
It was like having liposuction in miniature!!! Arghhh!
I get the results next  Friday. All being well, it will say the Lymphoma hasn't travelled upwards.
My neck is still sore! Boo!
THEN! I had a tooth out on on Thursday. I felt every single part of it!
The infection was so deep in my tooth, the anaesthetic didn't reach it! ARGHHH again!!
BUT!! No more tooth pain that has been driving me NUTS for 2 months.
Hence my absence. Am I forgiven?

Hope so my lovelies.
Here's a card to make you smile anyway.
I've had this Sugar Nellie rubber stamp for YEARS!
(Even the Stampin' Up DP is old)!

'Snowman with gift'  I LOVE this stamp!
He's sold out at Funky Kits I'm afraid. I hope he goes digital along with his other snowmen friends.
I coloured him with Copics and framed him with two of the Tonic studio oval layering dies.

I will be entering him into these Challenges.
(Hope it counts 'coz it's a SN stamp not image).

I've got another couple of cards in the pipeline, so please call back soon.

A new week and a new challenge!

Hya friends. Well, here's another week about to start and to kick it off,
it's time for a new challenge at All Dressed Up.

The theme this time is 'Favourite Colour(s)'
Now what could be easier than that!

MY favourite colours are Christmas ones and to prove it, here's a card I made using the adorable
'IT'S SNOWING'
(Click on the name and it will take you to Wendy's Etsy store).

He's so cute. He's so happy you can't help smiling can you!
I framed him with a Spellbinders Fancy Frame and some paper poinsettias from a hugs box of Christmas flowers that I won  a while ago on Facebook, courtesy of  Sweet Lilac Paper Flowers.
I LOVE poinsettias!
The candy stripe paper is from SU!
The green patterned paper is from Simple Stories called 'Handmade Holiday'.
I coloured my happy snowman with Copics and added a touch of Stardust Stickles to the ground and the flowers.
I sponged the Spellbinder's frame with TH 'Broken china'.

Well my good buds, that's my favourite colours.
I do hope you join in with our challenge.
We love to see your amazing projects.

Please visit the All dressed Up Challenge Blog to see the fabulous inspirational projects by my mega talented DT buddies.

A beautiful new release at All Dressed Up!

Hi Friends!
Wendy has come up trumps yet again with her newest release at All dressed Up!
Just take a look at these gorgeous goodies..........

 Three Little Christmas Girls
Christmas Dolls
Christmas Owl
Christmas Reindeer

Aren't they just so CUTE!!!
These little crackers will look amazing on your cards!
They are available now in the All Dressed Up Store HERE.

I chose to use 'Christmas Reindeer' for my sample.
He's totally gorgeous isn't he!

I coloured him with WG Copics and created the 'sky' with Distress inks, adding white gel pen 'snow'.
I added Glamour Dust hither and yon to make him sparkle.
The Card base was embossed with the Swiss Dots EF.
I was a bit daft really, as I've got the proper 'Snow' EF somewhere. Duh!
That vivid red ribbon looks a treat I think next to the blue and white.
I'll be back soon with another Rudolph impersonator!

In the meantime, don't forget our current challenge which is..
 AUTUMN.

These images would be perfect for the challenge theme, plus you are in with a chance of winning 3 images of your choice !
Also don't forget to stop by our Facebook Group to share your All Dressed Up creations & chat to fellow crafters.
Keep an eye out for more inspiration from the rest of The Dressy Girls throughout the month.

Happy crafting!

All dressed Up Challenge.. Autumn colours/Theme

Remember when I said I'd stepped down from the All dressed Up DT?
Well, I'm happy to report, I was persuaded most forcefully to stay.
(I'm really flattered that I was bullied into staying actually)! LOL

Anyway, here to kick off my return, is the card I made for the new Challenge.......

Autumn Colours

I used the first of the Three Little Autumn Girls digi combined with another digi depicting all things Autumn.
That's the beauty of these images, they are mostly PNGs which means you can combine them to make fabulous scenes!
I combined my images with the Silhouette Cameo!
The sentiment is a stamp from Peachy Keen...PK-1340
The flowers were in a little round plastic bottle I've had since Adam was lad.
They are Prima flowers and are I think, supposed to be poinsettias. The colours are perfect for this challenge, so poinsettias or not, I used one. LOL
(The ivy leaves are from the same jar).

Well that's it from me folks!
Please pop on ove to the All dressed Up Blog and join in our challenge.
We LOVE seeing all your clever and beautiful takes on the themes.

Don't forget our Facebook page too!
It's a lovely welcoming place to show off all your All dressed Up cards and projects.

Back soon with Wendy's wonderful Christmassy (Big hint there) new release!
