I've got two wonderful email entries from our friends Margaret and Dawn from Yorkshire.
For Margaret's entry, she has used all Lavinia stamps, including a number of the small £1 stamps (the dragon, the castle, the mushrooms, the stars ….). She brayered the background with Adirondack inks, using torn paper to make the mountains; then stamped the images in Versafine. She darkened the edges using Cut’n’Dry and, finally, added some sparkle around the stars with Glamour Dust (sorry, this doesn't show up too well on the photo) – the techniques are very well demonstrated by Tracey Dutton (the Lavinia designer) in videos on her site - http://laviniastamps.com/qvc-video/
Dawn used a freebie stamp of silhouette hares/rabbits and added some Lavinia foliage around the edge. Her background paper is actually just a sheet of crumpled copy paper which she used to mop up the spare ink from the splodge mat, then ironed flat!
Dora, from my amazing design team has made an extra card for this month......
