Mood swings

Sometimes I really have such a foul mood that is better keep myself away from people...

When this happen, everythings seems to step on my nerves or I get very annoyed with almost everything...some actions done by others might be very natural but for me it pretty bad... And I become hyper sensitive...

At this time, I sometimes felt like leaving this life... Life is seems to be so hard... with loved one, money...people & etc... felt like the devil is making me felt that way...it is much easier to be bad than good... Then normally I'll repent & think about Karma!

Life is all temporary... must think that to live a day as if it is the last and this will make us more appreciative of what we have on earth now!

wow it's December again! Year 2011

Been a very long long time since my last blog... about 2 years....

2 years had passes and a lot of things in my life have changed too... there were good & bad memories! If given a chance to rate these 2 years... I did have more good great memories than bad ones... Thanks to God for his blessing!

my interest had changed too... created a good habit (healthy lifestyle), stopped smoking, drink less alcohols, drunk with trance/dance music, loving fitness, learn new sports & at lot more...
