The $10 Paul Mitchell Cut

I got my hair cut last weekend at the new Paul Mitchell School in Sherman Oaks. It was a lot of fun and rather nerve racking. The students there were only three months through their twelve month program. Luckly one of the instructors was available to come and "fix" my hair before I left. Yikes!:)

WICKED!

Paul and I had so much fun going to Wicked at pantages in Hollywood. We seriously loved the show and can't wait to get the soundtrack! We recommend it to all Broadway fans. (This was our originally planned Valentines day event. Luckily we were thinking ahead when we purchased tickets to the Saturday show just in case Paul had to travel.)

This is kind of silly, but one of my favorite things about Hollywood is reading all of the names of the stars as we walk down the sidewalks. (It's funny because Hollywood looks so glamorous on TV, but it's really pretty ghetto.) Anyway, I still have always wanted to get a picture with one of these stars. So here it is, the only name on the street that we recognized:)

Ah, The La Jolla beach. . .

Valentines Day Mania!

It just so happened that Paul and I ended up in San Diego for Valentines day. He ended up having to travel down for two days to work on a different client, so we decided I would go with and we could make a little Valentines get away out of it. Valentines day morning Paul took me to this cute cafe for breakfast.(above)
I was really impressed by this one. During his lunch break Paul found the Sushi restaurant that I took him to on his birthday when we first went to San Diego in April of 2005 (when we were just dating) He drove me to the restaurant Valentines night and I recognized it as soon as I saw it. I never thought we would be able to find it again. He picked up all of my favorite Sushi rolls and drove to the beach where we ate dinner and watched the waves roll in. It was a really fun suprise.

"I Voted!"

Paul and I both voted for the first time in November. It was a pretty exciting. I feel like such an adult.

Horseback riding and BJ's

After a long night of horseback riding we treated ourselves with Pazookie's at BJ's. This has become one of our most favorite restaurants here in Thousand Oaks. The Pazookie is a fresh baked Chocolate chip cookie with A Scoop if ice cream on top and it is YUUUMMMMMYYYY! Oh, and as you can see, we also enjoy their water.

Halloween Fun!

Our Camera was out of commission for a while so some of these pictures are from a few months back. These paper bag works of art were created for a school project my friend Erin and I were assigned on Halloween. (Mine is the purple one with googly eyes.) One of my classmates thought is was so cool that he asked me if I would give it to him to wear to his Halloween party that night! I obliged and I'm pretty sure he won first place in the costume contest.:)
