It's oh so quiet

Guy talk which includes sexual innuendos and girls is like the most utterly fucking boring talk ever. The whole time I was having lunch with these 3 dudes, I just wanted to get out of there asap. And girl talk, about boys, other girls, and cosmetics, is just as dull. Why! The world might be a better place if we can talk less, repress primal urges and annihilate emotions. Just kidding. I just don't like to be bothered when I'm eating.

my violin teacher rocks. he tried to act out the emotions of this mournful, tragic-sounding piece with great variations of fortissimo and pianissimo - mf is like the man asking the lady "come with me", and pp is the lady shying away saying "i don't know."

so i spent the last two weeks of the hols knitting and reading lord of the rings. lord of the rings is surprisingly a very interesting read! funny but i enjoy stories about perilous quests and orcs fighting. reminds me of warcraft.

this i've never knitted before. so it was trial-and-experiment along the way. but it turned out well and me thinketh it is rather cool!

it has been some time since i made this. am pleased with it! :)
