the top two are of mr dylan and mr james his little buddy from school. annie is mr james sister and she is in wrens class and they are good friends which is nice so that all four of them can play together.

and miss thang. here is wrens new little friend gabby from her class. they are hilarious together and share a similar fashion sense.

and the little aggie twits! edith bowen (dylan and wrens school) is located up on utah states campus so this year they got to be on the little aggie float. they were so excited. they sang the aggie fight song as well as their school song. more photos and a video to come...

hogle zoo...

we have turned into those people that never remember to take their camera with them. so instead of seeing the kids at the zoo this weekend here are a few photos of some new babies. the elephant, zuri was adorable.

noffle. this is miss wrens beautiful beta fish. the first day we had her she laid on the counter wathcing her and exclaiming how beautiful she was. she is an iridescent light pinkish. she is quite beautiful.

herme. this is mr dylans new pet, herme the hermit crab. recently the kids have been hoarding their monies and have both bought pets.

a tooth extraction...

and the girl was no pumped by any means. she was a brave little soul... but not HAPPY. she grinds her teeth and has cracked a few of them. this one did not make it and she got an abscess... now she is a little toothless wonder. and she has to smoke the cotton cigars.

the gypsy hard at work...

little miss loves washing dishes and this is what she decided she needed to wear to school on friday. the shirt she got out of the dirty clothes because she had worn it earlier in the week and it still had paint on it from art class, but it matched the sweater she said. the skirt is what i made her and her cousin for 4th of july, it is red, white and blue which totally matches the pink, white and brown sweater. the hat is from a friends mom and it is a completely different red than the skirt. oh and then black shoes. oh how i love this girl!

band practice...

this is all of their stuff... it started out with two boys and a few acoustic guitars... now we've got multiple electric, a bass, amps, microphones, numerous pedals, drum kits, other drum kits, two juno g's, melodicas, omnichords, pa systems, and more. its been really fun seeing cory get less and less shy on stage and listening to his music take form with all the players adding their bits and pieces. the shows are really fun. i like looking on the stage and seeing my beardo-weirdo up there.
