utah marathon relay...

mumrah's first race...

so my mom decided that she wanted to run a race and i said that i would run it with her... we found a marathon relay that consisted of 5 people each running a fifth of a marathon... 5.20 miles... so we signed up and ran it on saturday. cory, michelle, mom, me & trey...that was the order that we ran it...! i'm so proud of my little lady... she was so great... she stayed strong and finished and she even threw up. now she wants to try a 1/2 marathon... so come next season we will be running a 1/2 together. love you lady... great job!!!

riding the bull...

so i realized the other day that i never posted any photos of the kids in the raft. our trip to the snake was really fun this year because we took a couple short floats with the kids... they loved being in the boat. they called the little white capped waves "rollers" and thought that it was great fun going through them. wren and dylan especially loved "riding the bull" and boy was wang wang ever good at it. look at her go!!

three silly girls...

baby food...

so my dearest little friend in the whole word is doing what all of us mothers say we are going to do but never did or at least did not stick with it. she is making her own baby food and selling it. she is so awesome and i wanted to let others know how proud i am. you should check out her blog and send others her way. the food is top notch and her baby girl is so damned cute... although i am a biased godmother.

preschool days...

well wren is off to her first day of preschool. she said that she couldn't sleep last night because she was so 'cited! she's got all her pencils, paints, crayons, and glue all ready to go.
