A little late, a little randy

Since Coco did not specify between a I-talian or English sonnet, I am going to take liberties with his words (ew- not like that!) and go with the easier, more promiscuious english sonnet (wich is ironic, because in my limited expericence, i have found italian girls are usually whorier [i'll never forget you mario]). Ok, so here is the structure I will follow for my sonnet, Sonnet #1: (i.e. remedial english for those of you who blew off the shakespeare chapter in 10th grade, or 11th).

The English (Shakespearean) sonnet, on the other hand, is so different from the Italian (though it grew from that form) as to permit of a separate classification. Instead of the octave and sestet divisions, this sonnet characteristically embodies four divisions: three quatrains (each with a rhyme-scheme of its own) and a rhymed couplet. Thus the typical rhyme-scheme for the English sonnet is

abab cdcd efef gg.
The couplet at the end is usually a commentary on the foregoing, an epigrammatic close (chuck's note: an epigrammatic close is a close using an epigram).

Sonnet #1

eighteen years, and nary a tounge-laced kiss
love was a oversight, forlorn and foregone
self-lothing and self mutilation, something was amiss
yet hope sprung like an apparation from a closet, dressed in a white bed sheet with eye holes cut out, something that rhymes with gone.

tender yet terse/ ugly inside, but beautiful without retribution
this stanza is going to be about similar things in my first relationship, juxtapozed
a sense of propriety with mangled execution (oh wait that was me)
this love was awkward and mainly connsumated on the driver seat of my BMW, mainly with clothes.

Yet my constant love and companionship was vapid
your sultry lips and skin of selftanner-orange
you prefered malice and indifference to fuel your attraction
you're beautiful like death, but hurt like life. (haha, nothing rhymes with orange, except borange)

Life's is short and follies sweet,
and would have been so much better had we never meet

jk jk lol, lav you shannon! <3

Ok, admittedly, it was not my best work, but then again, its kind of hard to reach the fabulosocity of charles rogers in print form, don't you think?

Shotgun golf

Me and the sheriff were talking and we deciced it would be a good idea to play shotgun golf within the next few weeks. For the uninformed masses, unaware of the brilliance that is shotgun golf it is a sport invented by the late Hunter S. Thompson, with the aid of the sheriff, and the advice of the great Bill Murray. Details will follow about our adventures, but we will be sure to singlehandedly bring this innovative sport to the forefront of American popularity.

Me and The Sheriff
