We don't have a home.

We had an inspection on the home Saturday and decided not to buy. There was a lot more to do than we thought. Then main reason we back out is there was a water leak that was found outside coming down the foundation of the home. The inspectors thought it was coming from the toilet sooo... we are looking again. We are very sad because we did love the home. It is beautiful. Let you know again. Marla

Mitch just called and we have a home. We need to do an inspection and the bank wants to close on Oct. 3rd. All weekend we were worried that we bid to low and hoped for another chance to bib. Monday afternoon Mitch called and said this is the e-mail he recieved and wanted to know what we wanted to do. Mitch was busy showing homes in Chandler and couldn't get away to show us the home again so we peeked around at it and called a couple of contractors about how much it would cost to change the garage back. Called a pool man about if the back yard was big enough for a pool, which he said it was. We wished the yard was a little bigger. We decided to offer more and we now have a home. We will never know what the next highest bid was and we don't really want to know. We would have been sad if we would have just missed out. When the inspector is there we will make sure the home is good, which we can still back out if it isn't, and we will take some pictures and post them. Love ya Mom
