EBW Challenge - Little Rapunzel

Merry Christmas and it's time for the Elizabeth Bells World December 25th challenge. This month we have a theme of Card with a special shape or form. I've picked sweet Little Rapunzel from the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection.

I decided to make a Layered Window Frame card based on a tutorial I had seen on SplitCoast Stampers. Here is my card, slightly side on so you can see the depth:

I printed Little Rapunzel on Copic Xpress card and coloured her in with my copics. The colours I used are: skin: E11, E00, E000, E0000, R20, clothes: YR27, YR24, YR21, YG95, YG93, C2, C00, R24, R22,  hair: E59, E57, E55, E53.
Here is a closer look at this lovely image:

We'd love to have you join us in the challenge, so why don't you pop over to Elizabeth Bells World and join us. There is a great prize for the winning entry.

ABC Challenge - Z is for Zany

Welcome to another fabulous challenge for ABC Challenges - to day it is Z is for Zany and we want to see lots of fun images and creations. For me this theme screams bright fun zany colours so that's what I chose to use. I love bright colours but find them challenging sometimes to work with, here is my card:

The image was provided by our lovely sponsor, Sherri Baldy, and the image I chose was Merry Day. I thought she was very sweet. Sherri has some lovely images, so why don't you check out her site and see if you can find an image or two to play with. Here is a closer look:

The image is printed onto Copic Xpress Card and coloured with Copic Sketch (and Ciao) Markers. The Copics used are as follows: skin: E11, E00, E000, E0000, R20, hair: E57, E55, E53, E51, clothes: B0000, B01, B02, B04, B06, Y11, Y15, Y17, Y0000, R29, R27, R24, R22, G17, G14, C00, C1, eyes: BG01, BG02.
