Done!!!!

I had to document this so one day I could go back and read it and actually laugh about it. I'm so done with being pregnant. Yesterday pretty much sealed the deal! Anna came down with a pretty high fever and wasn't able to go to church. Since I will soon be missing about a month of church (due to a new baby and RSV season) Rob and I both agreed that I should take Sara and go. Sara is on a little bit of a rebellious spree right now. I don't know if she can sense that her world is about to change dramatically or if it is just because I have a lot less patience right now, but she is a little bit more difficult than normal.
We get to Sacrament Meeting and the only available space is close to the front, in a middle bench. I don't think much about it because I have brought a couple of activities for Sara to do. After the Sacrament I gave her the bag full of stuff to do and turned my attention to the speaker. About ten minutes later I hear a little bit of snickering going on behind me. I look over at Sara and she has linked all of the markers together to create a tower. She is holding it up in the air and frantically waving it back and forth for everyone to see. Now, keep in mind that I am nine and a half months pregnant with an extremely big belly. I am trying to get to her to get her hand out of the air, but the big belly will not allow me to lean forward very much. She realizes this and inches further away, waving the markers even faster. I finally am able to reach her hand only to cause the markers to shoot spring loose and shoot all over the floor. At this point the snickering is getting louder. I am mortified, but calmly collect everything and get her to sit down. We continued the rest of the meeting without any other incidents, but I was still pretty upset with the little monkey. We then break for classes and everyone proceeds to tell me how funny that was and how it made their day. I, in return, have to go to the bathroom so I won't cry in front of everyone. I know someday I will look back and laugh, possibly even tomorrow, but right now I have decided that church might not happen again until after the baby is born.

Latest Creations

My friend finally convinced me that I should use my silhouette machine for something other than cutting paper. She had some extra heat transfer vinyl and let me use it to do some Valentine shirts for the girls. This one is Anna's. And this one is Sara's. For some reason she calls Valentine's Day, "Kisses Day". When I asked her where she learned that, she answered me simply "WalMart". Crazy kid!
I think they turned out pretty cute and can't wait to make more! Thanks for making me step out of my comfort zone!
What do you do when your big sister gets to leave and go to a birthday party without you? Why, get in your swimsuit and go swimming in the tub, of course!

Tooth #3

Anna lost tooth #3 tonight. She was even brave enough to pull it out herself. She was pretty excited to know that the tooth fairy is coming tonight. My little girl is growing up!

Sara must have felt neglected at the time because I caught her with a pair of scissors in hand, ready to cut some hair. I grabbed them before she was able to do any damage. Hopefully I scared her enough not to do anything. Stay tuned....

Hide and Seek

Rob and the girls were playing hide and seek tonight. Sara decided to hide in the same place as Anna.
I guess she figured that as long as her face was hidden, no body could see her! Silly Sara!

Our Ghetto Oven

We are currently "testing" an oven for GE. It's a 6 month test and we let them know what works and what doesn't. Well, it is their lowest quality oven, but I think that they could at least put stickers on it, instead of sharpie. Gotta love it. Oh, well. After six months we get our choice of any range we want. It will all be worth it, right?!

SARA

I had to include this picture. Sara has really grasped learning lately. She is constantly repeating her letters. The other day she got a hold of the markers and a piece of paper and this is what she did:
She had me do the "R" but that is it. She's growing up so fast!
