Family Pictures

We had my cute cousin take our family pictures at my uncle's farm. I can't wait to see how they turned out. It was really cold, but I think they will turn out cute. Kassi helped me get the girls ready. Don't they look so cute!

A full day!

Kassi went through the temple while we were out in Utah. It was such an awesome experience to be in the celestial room with my whole family. What a relief my parents must feel to have done it. They got all of their children as far as they could get them.
Kassi chose to go through the Salt Lake temple. I was so excited since I had never been in that celestial room before. The only problem was that it was in Salt Lake and it had snowed a ton the night before. We left the girls in good hands with their Aunt's Jana and Lori and Grandpa and Grandma Cloward. They had a blast. Anna kept talking about how Aunt Jana pulled her around on the sled using the lawn mower. Rob has ruined her. She was actually on a four wheeler.
Sara was cold, but had a lot of fun as well.
That night we headed to the Pizza Factory. I don't think Sara grasped the concept of how to eat the bread twist.
My cute niece and nephew hanging out with Grandma.

Rob's Birthday

While we were in Utah we celebrated Rob's birthday. We were fortunate to go to dinner with friends (gotta love Los Hermanos!) and celebrate the following night with family.
Happy Birthday Rob! I love you more and more every year!

Random

These are some of the random pictures I captured while we were in Utah. Sara got this Barbie and loved it. She loves anything that is "hers".
This is how I found her one day. Asleep, with her headband pulled over her eyes. Those things are not comfortable. I don't know how she fell asleep with it.
Grandpa was a great helper. I found him combing Anna's hair one day.

Our Sunday Best

I thought I should add the pictures of us in our Sunday best. My mom wanted to get pictures in front of the tree.
Here are the girls in their new Christmas dresses. They look somewhat alike, but still have their differences (the dresses, not the girls!) which is how I like it.
I finally have a family picture that I somewhat like. Yes, I did go back to being a brunette. I hadn't cut or colored my hair since we had moved to Kentucky. I was due. So, my fabulous friend, Jeri, booked me an appointment for the day after I arrived. I love it! Pretty sure I will stay dark for awhile.
My cute parents!
My cute sister Kassi!

Christmas Night

Christmas afternoon we headed to Provo to hang out with the Clowards. More presents! The girls were so excited! Sara got an awesome castle tent.Anna got a really neat drawing tool. She can't wait to try it out!
Daddy got to work assembling the tent.
Fully assembled.
Sara had a rough night. She promptly fell asleep as soon as we got her in the car.

Christmas Morning

The girls actually let us sleep in until 8:00. It was a Christmas Miracle! So we went around trying to wake everyone up. Sara was a little confused and just wanted to sit down and put her slippers on.
Aunt Kassi was easier to wake up than we thought.
Grandpa was a little difficult.

Kassi got tired of waiting and went back to sleep.
Before the damage. It all looks so peaceful!

Release the hounds!!
Sara wasn't quite sure what to think of the stocking thing.
Anna was excited to see what was in her big box.
Sara got a Leapster...Just what she wanted!
Daddy loved Anna's pillow pet as much as Anna did.
Anna was super excited to get her Unicorn Pillow Pet! Santa really came through for the girls this year!
Then the girls waned to ride the donkey as well.

While the girls were sleeping...

Aunt Kassi and I finished her gift to the girls. Way cute headbands that took so long to make! They turned out really cute, though!

Christmas Eve

The tradition stands that everyone gets new pajamas for Christmas Eve. The girls got cute nightgowns, with matching little ones for their dolls.

Rob was tormenting his mom. Why do all sons feel the need to do this?
This is what I saw when I went to check on the girls. All snug in their beds with visions of sugarplums dancing in their heads.

The Nativity

Another tradition that we have is with Rob's family. The kids get to act out the nativity scene. Somehow, Rob ended up as the donkey. We need to give Daddy a lesson on what animals say because he spent the night saying "Baah". Everyone knows that is what a sheep says!
Anna was the angel. Isn't she cute!

Sara was a wise babe. We don't have enough boys in the family to do wise men, so we have wise babes instead.
The whole cast and crew. Way to go kids!

Luminaries

My mom started a tradition last year of lighting luminaries at the graves on Christmas Eve. I love that I can include all of my children in this tradition.
Anna has turned into my little poser. Whenever the camera is on her, she poses. This is her latest.
There was snow on the sides of the cemetery, so Anna thought she could make snow angels in the grass. Crazy kid!

It was so fun for Grandma to join us this year.
Anna and her Great Grandma Marcia.
My whole family. It still hurts my heart not being able to hold my sweet babies. Oh, how I miss them.
The whole gang! Little Max was sick, so Kristin stayed indoors with him. And Grandma was taking the picture.
Anna threw a snowball at Aunt Kassi. So, Aunt Kassi took her down.
Don't mess with her!
