My 1st foray into e activity of jogging after months of inactivity.. this is what i've got to say : Big Locomotive INERTIA!
The 1st 10min was unbelievable, so much resistance.. !
Being a slacker, next 10min walk'd instead. And next 60min was a mixture of streching-walking-jogging! My right ankle is still stiff, goes click click click.. but it can take it.
Strange, but at e end of it, it felt as it e fused fissures of tendon n muscles has been sheared n there's a drop in inertia. hmm, all imagination or what?
Definitely i m now motivated to improve my cardio n tone those muscles up.
Physical activity benefits are really manifold - better wellbeing(health), alert n happy mind, e strenght gives opportunity for sports n also in daily activities.
