This time, feeling apologetic, and remorseful?
I was kinda surprised when he came and wished me Happy New Year that day.
And even more surprised when he started texting me and apologising.
And expressing how much he has regretted.
I was touched by his effort. To put his pride and ego down, just to tell me everything.
But, what remains are still the bad memories that I had.
Wounds take time to heal, and scars hardly ever fade off.
Well..
This is seriously a bad time to drop this on me.

I don't have the bandwidth to think about this.
