Festival of Trees

Go Cougars!

Our niece Carol Ann made this tree! She did a wonderful job!

This picture that Carol Ann drew was the inspiration for the tree!

I am so glad I was able to go see the Harry Potter tree. It was a lot of fun! We could have spent all day there looking at the hundreds of trees, wreaths, gingerbread houses, quilts and small tress.

This tree was dedicated to servicemen & women from Utah that have died in action. This star was dedicated to our friends' brother!

They let the Cub Scouts put one mark on their parents, Tyler put this big red dot on Dad's head!

At school the kids participate in the "Road to Success" reading program sponsored by Ken Garff. They have a drawing once a quarter for a certificate for a bike. Braden won. He was so excited. He was able to pick this awesome Mongoose bike. The certificate he got didn't cover the whole bike, but that was okay, because he really needed a new bike! He has enjoyed riding it! Way to go Braden! We are proud of you for reading everyday! You deserve the bike!

BYU Game

Saturday, November 10

Our friends gave us their tickets to the BYU vs. Idaho game. We knew it was going to be cold so we really bundled up. When we got the the stadium we had to clean up the snow around our seats. Before the game started we got to watch the drum line perform. That was really cool! We had a good time. We only stayed until half time, because we were very cold. The temperature was in the 20's. The game didn't start until 8:15 pm so we stayed in a hotel in Provo that night. Tyler got sick in the night and threw up several time at the hotel. Overall we had a fun time.
