rush rush rush!
got a lot to wash (and the sun gave way to rainclouds, unfortunately for me)
s1t35t was so-so for me, altho' i think i screwed up totally as a teamplayer (wholly owing to my ignorance of tying knots) but was an ok team leader (i think?)
everyone says being at the bottom of the food pyramid sucks and it's best to be at the top, but i don't know if i'm suited to scale it? :\
i love civilian life! can't wait...
i forgot to wash a t-shirt from field camp (it's been 2 weeks) and now it permanently smells of odd species of fungus. i'm soaking it in detergent as i type this. if this doesn't dry i will only have 1 more admin tee left to use (i used to have 3, now 2: lost my extra 1, and i just used the cleaner tee yesterday + today)
enuff said, i need to sleep zzZZZ...

happy CNY!
consuming most of my time...
i think i lost 2-3 kg due to the field camp - all the route marches,
running, digging and lack of sleep can do wonders... the effects on my
body are quite obvious heh!
pigging out a lot since i booked out, i hope i don't gain back the
excess baggage in 4 days!
i am chatting with a lot of people now, so very busy! add the fatigue
and the music played through the earphones, hence the lack of
coherence of this post, heh.
the bout of cough which i got since the 2nd week of camp has been
lingering around till now! blah...
oh yes, A level results! i really hope i get what i want (no i'm not
aiming - realistically - for a perfect score), to live up to personal
expectations, haha.
what the hell do i want to do with my short life? there's too many
things i want to do before 40 :|
hm at least i managed to complete what i had intended to do today (i
planned it out during the frequent slack times throughout the field
camp), like get free medicine + consultation (a previlege for NSFs),
buy new shoes + shirts, get an ATM card so i don't have to ask parents
for money... rather pleased with my efficiency today, managed to do
all that by 1pm!
you lucky buggers whose relatives are mostly located within 40km
radius from where you live get to see them (your relatives) so often!
for that you shall invite me to your houses for visits muahaha!
i miss a lot of people leh! the people who make up my JC life -
classmates, CCA pals and all the other people whom i spent time doing
things together with! in a way i'm thankful i have NS becuase it has
made me love my family, friends and other things like the traditional
CNY even more haha! :D
woah i really hope i get some slack vocation during NS so that i have
time to do civilian things, such as learning all sorts of stuff and
using my NS pay haha... OR, get some fantastic vocation that i can be
proud of...
dunno if i have the mental and physical strength and stamina to get
through all those stuff, though :| it's a somewhat tough decision to
make, will you be able, rather, do you want to slog so hard for a
glowing future? or, enjoy yourself all the way but have less things to
remember and be happy about (in the long run) :| well, if i had the
passion, conviction and decisiveness, like some of my platoon mates
have, i wouldn't be in this dilemma haiz!
nvm la, see how things go, the decisions will have to be made in a few
weeks, so i think i'll intensify my soul-searching the week before the
release of the results (A lvl, NS vocation)
