3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup pecans (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup oil (substitute applesauce)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Mash bananas in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes. Place spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
