Well, just as I know you all had a great Christmas, we did also. We have been told several times that Santa did really well this year. I love the joy and excitement of Christmas morning. We stayed right at home all day and loved it. The night before we were with some of our dearest friends for dinner and the nativity story. With the lose of Brandon's job a few months back, miracles of the season and the blessings brought about through the service of others with side work in our time of need, has made our Christmas the best it could ever be. I know through prayer, fasting, and faith all things are possible because of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas to all and enjoy the pictures. Love to you all, The Cleverlys

Another Set of Stiches to Add to the List!
Well, the holidays just wouldn't be complete without a run to the ER. That is where Mason and I found our selves the week before Christmas. The kids were playing tag and of course, Mason trying to move his little legs faster that humanly possible at the age of two, tripped and ended up meeting the corner of his bed with is forhead. The kids came running down and by that time Mason was covered in blood. Brandon,(being out of town for work)walked in the door 5 minutes before the event happen, was talking to a friend of ours that happen to stop by to drop a gift off. Kelly, is just finishing his last year of his pedeatric fellowship at Riley Childrens Hospital. He of course was right, Mason, after kicking, screaming and me pretty much laying on him, had two very nicely placed stiches. Now, I know what your thinking poor little Mason and yes, that is what I was thinking too. The story then gets better. 3 days later Jaxson and Mason hit heads and of course, "popped" the stiches and the cut open and we, again were headed off to the ER. This time, because the cut had already started to heal the doctor was unable to restich it and instead taped it together with sterrie(sp?) strips. What would have been a small unnoticed scar, will now be very visible and bigger than before. We have now added it to the list, 2 sets of stiches, two broken noses, two broken fingers, one dislocated finger, and a partriage in a pear tree!! Merry Christmas!

Meet Season Begins Again

Brooklynn had her first meet of this season on Saturday. This is her second year on level 4, and is still one of the youngest on the her team. She had a great first meet! She qualified for state with this meet and increased her scores by at least a point and sometimes a point and a half. Out of 52 girls in her catagory she finished 4th on the beam and 7th all around. She is very proud of her hard work. We are very happy and proud of her as well. After a year of training I think meets like this one, remind her why she loves it and all the work is worth it. Her team also took first in all around as well.

Preschool Thanksgiving Program
Sorry we are playing catch up. Life has been crazy!! Well, Jaxson was chosen to play Squantow(sp?) the Indian is his Thanksgiving play. He did a great job and was very proud to play the head Indian that welcomed the pilgrams to the new land. Mason also felt left out and joined the play as well. They both had fun and isn't that all that matters? Jaxson and the rest of their class finished the play with a Thanksgiving feast. We love our preschool. It seems crazy, but Taylor, Brooklynn, Jaxson this year will have all graduated with the same teacher and Mason will have Miss Diane next year as well. We are greatful for all her hard work and the kids are exetremely prepared for Kindergarten thanks to Miss Diane and the Prince of Peace preschool!

Welcome Home Elder Banks
He did it! I can't believe that it has been two years, it went by very quickly. For those who don't know, Banks is a young man that was pretty much inactive when Brandon became the young mens president here in our ward over two years ago. He spent lots of time before the mission with us at our house and became a somewhat "adopted" son to us. We were excited when he left on his mission and we are even more excited to have him back. He was a GREAT missionary and served a honorable mission! He has changed so much and you can see just in his appearance that for two years he has been full of the spirit. I am most greatful for the example he is to my three boys, that will in the future serve their own missions. We have enjoyed having him back in our home for a few months, until he leaves for Idaho for school. Thank you for your great example Banks!
A HAPPY HALLOWEEN BIRTHDAY!
Jaxson had a great 5th birthday! I think he is getting a little sick of the Halloween party theme every year. For a few years he thought that trick or treating was done to celebrate his birthday, when he realized that it wasn't I think it was a pretty big let down. Anyway, he had a great day! I can't believe how fast they grow! He is a great, happy, energtic, smart, lovable, funny kid and I can't even begin to think about what our family would be without him! We Love you a tons!

Always Fun Times at the Pumpkin Patch!!
We had a great time this year at the pumpkin patch. We went early October and it was perfect weather, not alot of people around and an awesome selection of perfect pumpkins. Our kids had a great time and so did Brandon and I as we watched the kids find just the right pumpkin. Only rule, they had to be able to carry it on their own. Rules are ment to be broken, Brandon and I ended up with three of the four pumpkins. We were also invited along with some friends on the pumpkinline. An old 1920's train takes you on a 25 min ride out to a hay ride and an area to pick a pumpkin. We had a great time with our friends and the kids loved the train! Thanks Ben and Ruth!
I love these pictures! They are smiling their true smiles. Enjoy our little slide show of our fun outtings!

Football!!

So Football this year has come and gone. It was a great year for Taylor individually, but to be honest his team was horrible! They finished the season 3-5-1. I know what your thinking, you can tie in football? Well, I guess in this league you can. Taylor played corner back and running back for most of the season and did very well. He scored once and had to many tackles to count. He was asked to join the alstar team, but unfortunatly most games are on Sunday. Taylor will be moving to a different league next year, one that feeds into the middle school and high School. We think He did great this year!!

Potty Training Success!!
Fanfair please!! We are done. Mason is now fully potty trained. He is wetting and pooping in the potty and is even wearing underwear to bed at night. I am feeling pretty good right now. Let's be honest, this is more an accomplishment for the Mom than the kids. We are the ones that have to remember to get them to the potty, clean up the messes and dance the crazy potty dance when they have successfully gone. Life is way better when you are no longer changing the smelly diapers and even better with raise I great now that I don't have to buy them any more! Way to go Mason!!
