Hello dear readers!
Although most of you (as I am only guessing) are paper crafters, you must have threads and needles and other things that you occasionally use for needlework. I definitely know that I do :))
A while ago I made a little fabric needle book for storing my needles in, and with time I needed a place for some other tools that I had too.
This gave me an idea to create a sewing box and today I am excited to show you the result of what I came up with.
For embellishing the box I've used one of the recently released paper collections by Graphic 45 - "Vintage Hollywood". The box has an octagon shape, a pull on the lid, some label holders on the sides of the lid, as well as the handles/pull on the sides of its base.
Inside the box there are two layers, one of which (the top one) has two pull-out shaped drawers and the other (the bottom one) has a round pin-cushion holder and some more space for threads storage.
On the inner side of the lid there are places for additional tools, like tailor's pencils, small scissors, threaders and so on.
I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed designing and putting this box together!! I created another one too and will share it later.
The tutorial for creating this box will be coming soon and will be available for purchase on my shop.
Here are the links to the G45 papers which I used:
And in this video you can peek inside the box together with me:
PS:
Every time when posting a paid tutorial, I get questions whether I am going to charge for all of my tutorials from now on. So here is my answer:
'I have a ton of free tutorials (including elaborate projects) on my You Tube for which I could charge money More free tutorials will definitely be coming in the future, but some of the tutorials I decide not to release for free.
Thank you for your warm comments and support.
Respectfully Yours!
