Ingredients:
- 250grams grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 125g salted butter
- 1-2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp of mixed herbs (oregano, basil, rosemary, etc)
- 4 tablespoons of water
Method:
- Mix cheese, butter and flour by hand, or using food processor. The mixture will be crumbly
- Add water bit by bit to the mixture until mixture forms a soft dough. As water is added, knead the mixture until it forms a ball
- Put dough on a big piece of baking sheet and flatten the dough until a rolling pin until it is 2-3mm thick
- Use a knife to cut the dough into square
- Poke holes in the squares until a fork. Optional
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
- Cool crackers and enjoy!
