Polkadoodles time...

Hi everybody hope you're having a great start to your day!

I am here with you today with a different card as today for the first time I have coloured in this lovely Ruby Hey There stamp.

Isn't she gorgeous :)

I have coloured her in with Prisma Pencils on our smooth Neenah Desert Storm paper .... at the moment I am into pencils more than copics or distress inks.

Paper is from stash as well as flowers.

I have used a heart die to decorate around this gorgeous lady and added a sentiment die saying 'I Love You'.

Can you spot the Magnolia Doohickey Insta Stripes they turned out nicely in the composition of this card.

Love the red and black and white combo on this one and Polkadoodles you rock :)

You can participate in our challenges with any stamp from our store now from Magnolia or Polkadoodles so what are you waiting for? Remember you are in to win a lovely prize from the store

Spring is in the air......

Hello everyone hope you are having a great week :)

Back today with my entry for TOMIC and a reminder that you are in a chance to win a prize from Magnolia by participating in our monthly challenge.

This month's theme is Spring + use one Magnolia die at least.

I am loving your entries so far :)

Today I have created a card with the gorgeous Olive Tilda from the Little Italy Collection!

I have coloured her with distress inks and tried to achieve a vintage look with my card

I have used some lovely papers by Magnolia....yes Magnolia has a lovely range of papers you can use.

I have used most dies from Vintage Box 1 and Box 3 for my card

The frame around Tilda is a die I had been meaning to use. I still have so much stuff I haven't used in my die stash....must use it all :)

I have cut out two butterflies one on the postmark stamp and one on the metal cabochon I have used.

Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and have used some lavender pearl drops around my card as well.

Lace is from stash as well as that ceramic round cabochon with butterfly.

Hope to have sent some inspiration your way and hope to see more of your creations coming in for our challenge.

Lots of Love,
Claire

Magnolia-licious March Challenge

New month and a new challenge over at Magnolia-licious starting today :)

Big congratulations to Elin who is last month's winner!

Our challenge theme for March is use your favourite Magnolia/Polkadoodle stamp and I am in love with  Hooray Tilda from the new Hugs and Kisses 2019 Collection.

Do you have a favourite yet?

I have used Maja Design Joyous Winterdays paper as it had the right colour combos I needed for my project. I have dyed a white cotton piece of ribbon with my distress inks to turn it into the colour I wanted :)

We also have some fantastic chipboard right here.

I have coloured up this sweet lady with Albrecht Durer Faber Castell pencils on Strathmore Toney Gray paper.

I have used various doohickey dies on my card, you can find a huge variety of  Magnolia dies at the Magnolia-licious store right here

Can you spot the red sparkly glass bauble on the side of the flowers?

Hope to see a lot of entries for our challenge this month - remember you can win 20US Dollars from the store plus be our guest designer next month!

TOMIC - 1st Magnolia Blog Challenge

The Magnolia Design Team have reintroduced The Official Magnolia Inspiration Challenge Blog - TOMIC

Here is the link to our blog.

You will see all our cards/projects for the theme we have chosen for you which is
'Spring plus at least one Magnolia doohickey'.

You are in for a chance to win a prize from Magnolia but also be one of the Top 5 or even better to be our Guest Designer on our next challenge....isn't that exciting?

For you today I have created a book card. It was my Mother-in-Law's birthday so I created something more elaborate for her.

I have coloured LE-17 A Heart for you Tilda from the Lovely Emojis 2017 Collection and used a sentiment from Magnolia which fitted perfectly with the stamp. I used distress inks this time.

On the inside the card opens up to reveal a frame on the right side wherein I have placed little foamiran flowers which I made.

Around the frame I have used Summer Foliage too. As a base for the MUM I have used Vintage Signs doohickey.

On the other side I have used the Afternoon Tea Bench doohickey and the Love Typewriter.

You can see some more foamiran flowers around the image at the front as well. I have circulate the image with a black and white dotted organza ribbon and used Vintage Keys doohickey and

You can see the depth of the card from this side. The sentiment is also from Magnolia.

There are several Magnolia dies I have used on this one as can be seen. I don't think I every used so much in one project :)

There is the Sakura Background, The Christmas Lace doohickey, the heart and tags are from Magnolia Doohickey Club Vol 5 .

Hope to see a lot of you participating in our first challenge!

Good Luck!!!

xoxo
