CCCB week 11 ~ Shades of Green

Hello Friends, its ME Linda and I will be your hostess this week at City Crafter Challenge Blog!
If you know me at all, you know how much I love camping and the outdoors....
So this week I decided to do a Color Challenge that reminds me of just that
~ SHADES OF GREEN~
It is one of my favorite colors, I just love how cool that color makes me feel, I wish I could have a little of that green grass here in the desert.
So your color challenge is to make a card/layout/project using the color GREEN!
So let's see what you come up with..... I can't wait to see all your lovely creations!

~ Linda

CCCB week 10 ~ Pink, Purple, and Pearls

It's me again, June,,, (lina beas) this weeks challenge is pink, purple, and pearls.  I don't think this is going to be a hard challenge because I think everyone loves that combonation, so I guess where the real challenge comes in is what unusual way or different way to use them together.  With all the gorgeous and clever entries we have been getting on our previous challenges I just know we're all in for a big treat, so get out those flowers, ribbons, laces, papers, pearls and anything else you can think of and give us your best shot.  There just might be a little bonus prize in there so enter as many times as you like and make them unique.  Can't wait and good luck to everyone.

CCCB # 9 ~ Venice, beyond Gondola

Can you believe it is another round, and my (Kirsty) turn to host again!
I've done New York City, Paris for City Crafter's week 1 and 5, and now, I am revisiting another of my favorite city - Venice!
Venice is Italy's city on water, when you talk about Venice, you talk about the beautiful Piazza San Marco and pausing atop Rialto Bridge to watch gondolas glide along the Grand Canal. What amazed me most is browsing through the narrow, hundred year old streets, admiring at thousands of eye-catching Venice Masks, this picture captured one of Venice well-known craft.

~Kirsty Vittetoe

CCCB # 9 ~ Venice, beyond Gondola

You can create a card/project/layout based on the following

1. Venice theme (e.g. your Venice vacation photo, mini album, Venice landmark etc)
2. Pick the colors you see in this picture (no Venice theme required)
3. Music score/music notes (use old music score sheets, paper with music score, music note charm etc)

You can do 1, 2 or 3, or combine both, or do all 3, the choice is yours, have FUN!

Thank you Nick, for letting us use your beautiful artwork

Guest Designer
Once again, we are very honored to have Debbie Marcinkiewicz as our Guest Designer again. Debbie is known for her shabby vintage creations. Her blog Simple Treasures has thousands of lovely artwork to look at. Debbie is also the wonderful hostess of The Shabby Tea Room, she is also in the DT for many challenge blogs. Here's what Debbie has to say.

Hi to all my stampy friends! My name is Debbie and I am a paper and glue junkie!! I've been a crafter almost all my life - dabbled with sewing, knitting, crocheting, quilting..... but I always seem to gravitate back to the paper crafts. I used to scrap book when my kids were young, but now that they are grown and in college, I just make cards and gifts! I've been serious about my paper crafting hobby for approximately 4 years and have been blogging for 2 years. My style is shabby vintage - I {heart} all things old, antique, shabby, tattered and well-loved! I love embellishments and I adore glitter - the more the better! Whenever I have free time, you'll find me up in my design studio stamping and gluing away. I am very honored to be joining the City Crafter Girlies again this week as their Guest Designer - its always so much fun to hang out here and be inspired by the lovely work from both the design team and participants. The 'Venice' theme this week was fun to work with - great inspiration colors and OMG.... sheet music paper!! One of my favorites!! As you can see here, I love to make these fluffy, ruffly, tattered flowers with sheet music papers! You can visit me on my blog at http://debsimpletreasures.blogspot.com and http://theshabbytearoom.blogspot.com. I also host an Etsy Shop here.

Welcome to another challenge at City Crafter Challenge Blog.  It's June here and this week our challenge is BUTTON and BOW.  Also, all our DT and GD will be using digital stamp for our sample this week. This is my first experience with digital stamps, so if you've never done one thats o.k. it's really easy because the subject is your choice, the colors are your choice  and all the embellishments are your choice.
