I love this little mouse image...

I love this mouse image from Whippersnapper Designs... they have the most adorable images! This was my first try and using rayon seam binding sprayed with water and crinkled as ribbon and I really like the look. I will be using this technique more and I'm going to try dying it with reinkers.

Today's post is gong to be quick because I am heading out to pick up my new glasses. I got this technique from the amazing blog of Jennifer McGuire. It's a reverse-image stamp embossed with white embossing powder on white cardstock. I then colored the open areas with Memento markers and gently wiped any ink from the embossing powder with a baby wipe.

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versamark
Stamps: Hero Arts
Acccessories: white embossing powder, Memento markers, Hero Arts black gems, black grosgrain ribbon, Bow-Easy

From bright to black and white...

I made this card quite a while back and uploaded it to my computer but never got it posted. I was experimenting with using markers to color directly on the rubber, misting with water, and stamping. I'll be posting another card with this same technique soon so stay tuned...
